Pros:

駅からポッポ街を抜けたところにあります。
部屋はリノベーションされてるようで最近のホテルのようでした。清掃も行き届いており清潔でした。
朝食はブッフェ形式で十分な品数です。
駐車場は道路向かいのグランドパーキングに停めるよう案内がありました。駐車場スタッフに宿泊利用の旨を伝えるとスムーズに案内してくれました。
駅前立地なので繁華街のある秋田町まで少し遠いのが難点ですが、最近は駅前にも飲食店が多くて困ることはないです。

座落德島站隔鄰，有立體及平面停車場。豪華雙人房空間大，2個行李箱打開後，走動仍綽綽有餘。雖然樓下就係商店街，但舊式的，且十室九空，要走5-6分鐘到両国本町購物街才多食店選擇。早餐係自助餐，款式不多。
