The restaurant and staff
Clean & organized room, friendly & extra helpful staff especially Hong at the front desk & Bai Cam the bell boy.
The breakfast buffet has a good delicious food spread. Great hotel location, clean neatly designed place & reasonably priced.
I suggest to have the shampoo, conditioner & shampoo gel to be installed on the wall as individual dispensers. These would save the company money, environmentally friendly by not using those mini plastic containers & avoid wasting the leftover liquid in the container.

Phòng rộng rãi, tiện nghi. Vị trí ngay mặt đường Giảng Võ, rất gần chỗ tôi họp. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, vui vẻ.
Mùi trong phòng khiến tôi có cảm giác ko sạch sẽ (mùi mồ hôi lâu ngày), bật máy lạnh cũng ko hết mùi.
