Besser geschlafen als zuhause
Pros:

Gute Lage: nah am Bahnhof, Stadtzentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Tee- und Kaffee-Angebot an der Reception. Große sehr bequeme Betten! Ich habe sogar besser geschlafen als zuhause. Saubere Zimmer. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas hellhörig, vielleicht lag es aber daran, dass andere Gäste sich auf dem Balkon unterhalten haben.

Vies en onpersoonlijk
Cons:

Hygiëne, de kamer was vies en ook geen schoonmaak of service tussen nacht 1 en 2. Dus ook geen nieuwe koffiecups, kopjes, glazen e.d.. Daarover geprobeerd te bellen, niemand bereikbaar aan de frondesk. Eenmaal aan de balie werd er niet echt gereageerd ‘we maken een notitie’. De zogenaamde persoonlijke noten in app en in kaart op kamer bleken in de praktijk zeer onpersoonlijk.
