Easy access to the city centre & close to all local attractions
The staff was very accommodating. We were able to request a late room cleaning.

Het enige wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ontbijt niet van 6:30 maar vanaf 7:00 was en dat heb ik gemist bij het boeken. Daar staat ontbijt vanaf 06:30.
Großes Zimmer, klimatisiert, das vielfältige Frühstücksangebot auch mit veganen Alternativen (Capuccino mit Hafermilch wäre der Hit), freundliches, sehr unterstützendes Personal, die Lage zum Bahnhof — und dann noch ein Kuchengeschenk? Toll!!
Ich ziehe eine Dusche der Badewanne vor, aber das ist ja eine Marginalie.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und bieten viel Platz. Kaffee und Tee stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und freundlich. Besonders nett fanden wir das Wasser mit Früchten und Minze, das im Eingangsbereich bereitsteht. An manchen Tagen gibt es sogar kleine Pain au Chocolat als zusätzliche Aufmerksamkeit.
Auch der Check-out verlief reibungslos und flott.
Die Einrichtung wirkt stellenweise bereits etwas abgewohnt. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, da uns der Preis von 25 € pro Person zu hoch erschien.
Me gustó que desde el principio el personal nos ha resuelto dudas y nos ha hecho la estancia más fácil. Íbamos porque teníamos una boda y necesitábamos una plancha. La plancha y la tabla ya estaban en la habitación (que, por cierto, nos cambiaron a una categoría superior). Tanto el check-in como el check-out fueron de lo más rápido. Está al lado de una de las salidas de Den Haag centraal. Perfecta insonorización, detalle de bienvenida en la cama…

Great location, accessible to go anywhere.
This hotel was wonderful. The room was large with comfortable chairs (3), a huge desk/table area, a large closet and a king size comfortable bed. The restroom was also large with plenty of shelving for toiletry items. The water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. We ate takeout in the room often and the staff was great in making sure we had eating utensils we needed. The location was perfect. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the old town area. We could not have asked for a better hotel experience.
