A ruined night. No apologies
Pros:

Fire alarm in the middle of the night - all guests on the street. No public updates at all. Staff limited to one man who was unable to turn the microphone off,
The reason was given when asked in connection with check out. A smoking guest had set the firealarm off. A fine run through of the events but no apologies were given and no compensation offered. Not expecting full refund but Leonardo could have covered the breakfast as a minimum. Poor handling of the event.

De koelte van de kamer. HEERLIJK, koelkast voor mijn medicijnen . En het grote bed.

Cons:

De schimeltjes bij de douche, tissen de tegels van het bad achterwand. Dat kamer niet tussendoor schoongemaakt werd. Bijv mijn prullenbakken ware vol, er was geen wc borstel aanwezig , dus kijk je tegen je remspoor aan. De bank was wel hard om op te zitten. En wat weinig Nederlandse versie zenders op de tv's.

Pros:

Os funcionários foram muito cordiais e atenciosos, o hotel tem um café da manhã excelente e é muito bem localizado, ao lado da estação de trem e a menos de dez minutos a pé para o centro.

Obwohl ich gebucht hatte und die Buchungsbestätigung vorzeigen konnte, teilte man mir an der Rezeption mit, es gäbe keine freien Zimmer. Damit wurde ich dann stehengelassen.
Ich versuchte daraufhin Kontakt zum Hotel über das Buchungsportal aufzunehmen.
Auch jetzt, 24 Stunden später, gibt es noch keine Reaktion.

Es kann ja passieren, dass es versehentlich zu einer Überbuchung oder Doppelbelegung kommt, aber bei einer so großen Kette wie dem Leonardo, mit mehreren Hotels vor Ort, erwarte ich zumindest, dass versucht wird eine Lösung zu finden z.B. durch Umbuchung auf ein anderes Haus.
Stattdessen habe ich 200 Euro vorab gezahlt und musste wieder abreisen.
24 Stunden Antwortzeit bei einer Hotelkette mit 24/7 Rezeption ist wohl auch eher ungewöhnlich.
Ein zugesicherter Rückruf blieb ebenfalls aus.

Ich hoffe, dass die Angelegenheit ohne nachfolgenden Rechtsstreit geklärt werden kann, denn auf das Geld für die Reservierung verzichte ich nicht, wenn ich schon unverrichteter Dinge wieder abreisen musste.
Sehr enttäuschend und nicht das, was ich normalerweise von der Leonardo-Hotelkette an Service gewohnt bin.

Hotel centrico y con buenas instalaciones en el corazon de La Haya
Pros:

Ubicación del hotel y personal de recepción.
Buenas instalaciones y desayuno muy variado y abundante en general.
La cama era cómoda y el sofa cama adicional, que usaron mis hijos, también.
La habitación Junior Suite venia con dos TV y un amplio escritorio y armario.

Cons:

El aseo necesita una reforma.
La WIFI no funcionaba como debería para un hotel de estas características.
Llegamos a las 10am al desayuno que tenía como horario 7-11 am, aunque era muy variado y abundante, ya no tenían zumo de naranja natural y los zumos que tenia no estaban demasiado buenos.

Cons:

Ontbijt tot 11u aangekondigd. En vrijdagochtend werd al om 10u30 alles weggenomen.
Verwarring kuisen kamer moet je aanvragen en niet aangevraagd wel bed opgemaakt.
Tip: qr code parking korting duidelijk meesturen met reservatie boeking. Nu lieve receptioniste die ons meteen attent maakte op de korting. Maar even uitrijden en blokje rond is best wel absurd.

Pros:

Dit was mijn tweede verblijf en het was weer goed! Het verbaast mij weer dat de kamers enorm goed geïsoleerd zijn en je niks hoort van de werkzaamheden rondom het pand. Ik zat deze keer aan de kant van de werkzaamheden en heb niks gehoord. En nog steeds: het beste bed waar ik ooit in heb geslapen.

Cons:

Het enige wat ik nog mis in de kamer is een schoenlepel, maar dat maakt het verblijf niet minder leuk!

Het uitzicht op het park en de skyline vanaf het 7de.

Cons:

Desondanks het mooie uitzicht was er minder van te genieten door de afwezigheid van glasbewassing.
