Mijn verblijf
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. De kamer was fijn ingedeeld. Fijne douche.

Cons:

De kamer was niet erg schoon en vooral wat rommelig: afval van vorige bezoekers nog aanwezig in de prullenbakjes en op het balkon. Tevens werkte de waterkoker niet en was er maar een melkkuipje bij de koffie (de ander was leeg en niet vervangen voor een nieuwe). Dan voelt het toch allemaal anders: is het beddengoed dan wel schoon? En de handdoeken?

Verder was niet al het personeel vriendelijk. Sommige waren wat bot. Dat draagt niet bij aan de sfeer.

Voor €130 verwachtte ik toch een schoner hotel met een vriendelijkere sfeer.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

La ubicación, a tan solo 5 minutos de la playa. La habitación en la que estuvimos era muy espaciosa, ideal para toda la familia y las camas eran muy cómodas. El desayuno del hotel tenía bastante variedad.

Nada, todo de acuerdo a mis expectativas.

Goede ligging fijne ruime kamers
Pros:

I would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, in particular, I would like to thank one of the restaurant staff members, Claudia who spoke Spanish. She was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Thanks to her support, we were able to resolve several of the inconveniences we experienced.
Her attitude and dedication made a real difference in our experience, and we are truly grateful to her.

Cons:

I’m honestly surprised this hotel considers itself a 4-star property, as it clearly does not meet the expected standards.
First of all, cleanliness is a fundamental requirement, and unfortunately, this was not the case. We experienced repeated issues with room cleaning — it was delayed and, when it was finally done, the result was superficial and unsatisfactory. Additionally, the corridors were consistently dirty; The housekeeping department appears to be disorganized and below standard.

Secondly, for a hotel in this category and price range, the amenities provided are insufficient. Offering only basic items such as soap and shampoo falls short of what is typically expected from a 4-star hotel.

Furthermore, 🚗the parking fees are exorbitantly high, which adds to the overall dissatisfaction. 🐶 The pet fee is also unreasonably expensive, especially considering that no basic provisions are made for pets — not even something as simple as a water bowl.
For these reasons, I do not believe this hotel meets the criteria to be classified as a 4-star property.
