Excelent hotel with very kind staff, great place for ski & relax holiday.
Pros:

Very kind and friendly staff, comfortable spacious room, view, great food, great spa and pool, short walk to Piz la Ila ski lift, ski depot, parking in the garage - everything you could want for a ski&relax holiday. We especially enjoyed the lobby with its excellent drinks and great atmosphere.

Uitstekend maar dat heeft zijn prijs.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de algemene look & feel van kamer, wellness, hotel.

Wat duidelijkere instructies voor de Sauna zouden beter zijn; niet naakt, altijd met zwemkledij (vermelden/aanduiden), óók in de adult zone. In een sauna zit je volledig op je handdoek, dwz ook je voeten (er staan nergens basis sauna hygiëne regels vermeld (altijd eerst douchen, ...) , waardoor mensen die zelden of nooit naar de sauna gaan deze niet (kunnen) weten. Ook hoe (lang) je best van (welke) sauna gebruik maakt, kan het vermelden waard zijn)

Cons:

Wat ik hier allemaal vertel weegt niet zo veel door op de totaal ervaring die prima was, maar toch enkele opmerkingen: De regeling halfpension/a la carte. Ik begrijp dat men klanten wil stimuleren om half pension te nemen met een interessante prijs voor het dinner (45€). 5 avonden 4 gangen is ons net wat te veel, daarom geen half pension. Geen probleem, je kan ook à la carte (gerechten van het menu) nemen. Alleen kost een salade buffet 25€ en het hoofdgerecht 38€... Dan neem je beter half pensioen en eet je enkel de gangen die je wenst (maar dan wordt het prijzig). Soit, onduidelijke communicatie zorgde voor een duurdere rekening :-(. Na beklag heeft men die ene keer dan toch aan 45€ aangerekend (dus rechtgezet :-) maar toch een beetje vervelend. We zijn daarom ook 3 van de 5 avonden elders gaan eten. De eerst dag wandelden we 600m met skibotten en ski's tot aan de kabelbaan (en 's avonds terug). Toen ik vroeg of er geen shuttle of zo bestond gaf men aan dat dit niet het geval was omdat het niet zo ver was.. De volgende dag zelfde scenario, om dan pas zelf in te zien dat aan de overkant van de straat men 100m naar boven kon klimmen tot aan de dichtst bij zijnde zetel lift, via dewelke je ook overal toegang toe had. Zo kan je bovendien tot op 50m van de hoteldeur skiën ! Vanaf de 3e dag konden wij dit, jammer dat we zelf tot dat inzicht hebben moeten komen (die zetellift zie je niet vanop de straat) en men dit niet heeft aangegeven bij de check-in. Tot slot is er een mooie welness. Wij gaan geregeld naar de sauna. De meeste professionele sauna's zijn naakt. We hebben al eens anders meegemaakt, dus wij vragen aan de receptie, waar ze ons aangeven dat er een adult (+16) zone is, of deze zone naakt is en de zwembadzone (not only adults) met zwempak. Dit wordt bevestigd. Wij zitten naakt in de +16 zone, andere mensen komen in zwempak ons vervoegen. Geen ramp, maar toch een beetje ongemakkelijk, niet alleen voor ons.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, ansprechende und neue Einrichtung, hochwertige Ausstattung, gut ausgestattete Bar, hervorragendes Essen.

Cons:

Etwas kleine Standard Zimmer und kleine Betten. Unklare Saunaregelung, viele Gäste legen leider kein Handtuch unter.

Posso dire, senza sforzo, di non esser mai stato così bene all'interno di una struttura ricettiva. Tutto più che perfetto! Struttura pulita, accogliente, moderna, completa in ogni singolo dettaglio. Io e la mia compagna ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci teniamo a ringraziare pubblicamente la titolare Roberta, Omar il maitre, Filippo il barman, Sasha e tutti gli altri membri dello staff.
Se volete passare un soggiorno indimenticabile dovete per forza andare all'Hotel La Majun!
