Four stars hotel with no air conditioning?
Pros:

Good location
Friendly staff
Good breakfast
Good pool & sauna

Cons:

Our standard double room didn’t have air conditioning thought hotel was a part of a search with air conditioning filter. There is a restaurant right below the room so opening a window was not an option due to street noise. We were advised that there are air conditioned rooms but they come with significant extra charge. This was not properly disclosed in the property description. Cooling fan provided to us was not sufficient. I would not rent the standard double room in summer again

완벽한 숙소
Pros:

객실에서 보는 뷰가 정말 엄청납니다!
객실도 깨끗하고 따뜻한 분위기라 매우 힐링이 되었고, 하루종일 숙소에만 있어도 행복할 것 같은 곳이에요!
그리고 저녁식사 하프보드는 매우 만족스러운 식사였고, 돌로미티 여행중에서 가장 인상깊은 식사였습니다.
조식보다 석식은 꼭 해야할 것 같아요~
일정상 사우나는 못했는데, 사우나에서 보는 뷰도 멋졌어요!
1박만 머물렀던 것이 너무 아쉬울 정도로 행복했던 기억이에요~
다시 돌로미티에 가게된다면, 꼭 다시 한 번 방문하고 싶은 숙소에요!

L'eccellenza della qualità e dell'accoglienza in una misurata lussuosa sobrietà.
Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e preparato a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, elegante, e sempre sorridente.
Pulizia top ovunque.
Parcheggio sotterraneo con possibilità di ricaricare le e-cars con stalli comodi alla manovre di stazionamento.
Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata con possibilità di piatti cotti dallo chef al momento (uova, french-toast, pancake..) con scelta anche di alimenti per celiaci.
Ottima la cena della sera con possibile scelta tra ben 3 proposte giornaliere. Cantina eccezionale.
Ottima la merenda del pomeriggio con dolci e frutta.
Intelligente da parte del management offrire la facoltà di prenotare una stanza pet o not-pet allowed.

Incredible experience
Pros:

We can not rave enough!! This accommodation is INCREDIBLE! We travelled throughout Italy 3 times for over a month each time and this was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. Everything about it is fabulous, super clean, comfortable beds, incredible facilities, delicious restaurant and the BEST breakfast ever ....whole place is amazing. Congratulations to the owners of this business, your staff are incredibly warm, kind, helpful and professional. A special mention to Elena at reception and to Marco, Matteo and Alessandro. Do not hesitate if you are considering booking here.
