Pros:

오래된 모텔 혹은 여관 정도의 퀼리티.
내부는 깔끔하지만 가격이 가격이니만큼 쾌적함이라거나 안락함 같은건 기대하지말 것.
0.5박 정도의 가성비호텔이 필요한 분들에게는 추천할수도 있겠으나 편안함을 기본으로 하는 여행자에겐 비추. 딱히 호텔스러운 서비스를 기대하지는 말 것. 딱 결제한 정도 혹은 그 이하의 수준의 호텔. 1만원~2만원정도면 훨씬 많은 선택지가 있을 수 있으니 선택은 여행자의 몫인듯.
이곳은 호텔보다는 꼭대기층에 있는 사우나 혹은 목욕탕을 이용하려는 장기여행자 혹은 로컬에 사사시는 한국분들을 위한 곳에 가까운 듯 함.

장점은 미케비치나 먹자골목에서 도보가능한 하고 먹고 놀기엔 나쁘지 않은 위치가 최고의 장점.
리셉션의 남자직원들도 순박하고 친절함.

Not recommend to foreigners (안가는게상책인곳)
Pros:

I arrived at late night in Da nang, and called the hotel for shuttle bus(24h available).

But the staffs at that time didn’t speak English at all.
They kept saying wait and sorry and call later.
I waited in the airport for their call, but they didn’t call me back. Hence I had to take a taxi to hotel.

In reception, 2 male staffs failed to find my booking even though I showed my hotels.com my booking page.
It was 3am and we were exhausted because of long waiting due to their unprofessional work attitude.

Also bathroom is really inconvenient to tall people.

Pros:

The Kiwi is a very nice and very clean property. The room was big and bright. The roof top pool was a nice bonus. There are many restaurants in the area. The staff was attenitive to our needs.
