Noisy bottle collections and street cleaning overnight so poor sleeping
I had emailed with the staff to reserve beach chairs and when we arrived we were told it was sold out and out in a waiting list but never were able to be on their beach the whole stay.
This was very disappointing.

L'hôtel est correct, l'emplacement est excellent. Nous avons pris la suite "Bohème"; pour le prix, nous attendions mieux. La télévision était débranchée, la salle de bains est minuscule, le couvercle des wc ne tenait pas et il est presque impossible d'utiliser la douche car le bouton de commande est trop dur
L'attitude global du personnel doit dénoter celle de la direction. Nous réservons, recevons un courriel sympa qui nous donne l'information de prendre contact avec la demoiselle dévolue pour nous aider. Deux mails sans réponse, par contre deux autres mails en retour en anglais..., puis comme recommandé, nous appelons, en attente huit minutes, puis bouclé, on rappelle et le téléphone sonne dans le vide. Le comble, arrivés à l'hôtel, nous faisons part de n'avoir pas pu les atteindre; réponse: "ha bon, je ferais part"- Avant de prendre la chambre nous demandons si elle répond aux appels internes. Pas de souci, toujours. A peine en chambre, nous appelons la réception; aucune réponse après 20 coups. Nous réessayons, elle répond après une dizaine de coups... Elle dit: je n'ai pas que ça à faire. Pas de problème, nous laissons presque mille euros pour deux nuits, nous irons ailleurs, il y a mieux et nous sommes respectés....

I came back to the hotel at 1 AM. the security was not there and the main door of the hotel was locked .
There was no one as well at the reception to open the door . After waiting for 20 min, a hotel guest came and called someone she is sharing the room with to go down and wake up the hotel staff to open the door.
