The hotel is very close to the beach, and the staff are very friendly, especially Ziv. He was very helpful at the reception and assisted with everything we needed. He is such a kind and wonderful person.
The only downside is that the hotel does not have its own car park. There are several parking options nearby, but they are quite expensive. However, the hotel staff recommended a parking place about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, where the price was much more reasonable. Overall, this was a minor inconvenience, but we found a good and affordable alternative.

The staff was very friendly, the property was nice and clean, the swimming pool on the roof was great!
שודרגנו לחדר בקומה 12 ליד הבריכה. החדר מפנק ומאובזר. המיטה גדולה ונוחה מאד. המקלחת מאובזרת. מרחק קצר מהחוף ומרחק הליכה מהטיילת והנמל. הבריכה לא גדולה אבל מהנה ויש מצילים ומנקים ומפקחים. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה וטובה. היה מצוין
עניין קטן. הוסיפו לכולם צק אאוט ב 2 בצהריים בשבת רק לא טרחו לעדכן במחשב. ואז הכרטיס לחדר נחסם אחרי 12 ותרד חזרה ללובי לעדכן את הכרטעס. חבל. חוץ מזה באמת נהננו מאד מהמלון

Great location, very clean, good vibes, staff at the desk were very nice and accommodating. Oksana at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The only problem is that you cannot be in one room as a couple and two children.
