הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת במלון
המיקום שלו מצוין ומרכזי, קרוב להכול ונוח מאוד לטיולים.
הצוות היה אדיב, שירותי ומקסים לאורך כל השהות, תמיד עם חיוך ורצון לעזור. החדרים היו נעימים ונקיים, והאווירה הכללית במלון הייתה מזמינה ומרגיעה. בהחלט מקום שנשמח לחזור אליו ולהמליץ עליו לאחרים
המלון ממוקם במקום טוב. קרוב לכל מקום מרכזי בתל אביב. לא היינו צריכים להזיז את האוטו.
ובעיקר את זיו שקיבל אותנו בקבלה. היה נדיב מאוד ועזר לנו בכל שאלה ובקשה.
Clean and i only stay with this hotel the employees are great especially to the front desk Caroline and mack? I forgot his name but kuddos to them they are friendly ! And also super thank you also to the hotel worker who do cleaning ate ruby the filipini thank you everyone surely i will go back again 🙏

רוצה לציין לטובה את העובד ארז שעזר לנו ובא לקראתנו בנוגע לכניסה לארוחת שישי שכבר הייתה מלאה כשהגענו.
קרוב לים, צוות נעים ומאיר פנים.
הדבר היחיד שהיה פחות נוח היה שהיינו בקומה 9 ולעלות ולרדת לארוחות ולתפילות היה יותר מורכב ואנחנו שומרות שבת אבל גם לזה היה פיתרון של המעלית שבת
הריח של החדר מגעיל חלון לא נפתח חדר לא נקי .
צוות מצוין, כל בקשה בוצעה במהירות. היו נחמדים להפליא, בדקו מה איתנו ושירות יוצא מן הכלל. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת

קוראים לי ח'יר , מלון מהמם , אחלה שירות , אחלה אנשים , קבלת פנים במיוחד לפקידת הקבלה אוקסנה המקסימה , קיבלה אותנו ממש יפה עזרה לנו בהכל אני מודה לה מאוד וממליץ בחום שכולם יגיעו לבלות במלון הזה , נקי אוכל טעים חדרים נקיים , פשוט הכל מדהים ומושלם ,, ותודה רבה לזיב על האדיבות והשירות וקבלת פנים ..

המים החמים במקלחת לא חמים מספיק
ארוחת בוקר סבירה פלוס לא יותר. צוות העובדים מאוד אדיב ונענה לכל פניה בחיוב ובחיוך. תודה לכם. לשאלתנו על ארוחת ערב במלון , זיו בדלפק הקבלה הציע לנו את הארוחה על חשבון המלון אבל לאחר התייעצות עם האחמ"ש שלו הוחלט על 50 אחוזי הנחה שזה גם בסדר גמור. סך הכל מאוד נהננו ובטוח נחזור שנית.
הלובי של המלון נראה שומם ונטוש משום וריהוט על גבול המינימלי אבל סה"כ בסדר.
