Good hotel in a good location with very friendly staff

Best staff, all of them are very nice and very helpful. I like the location very much, view to the sea, in time of war they are specially very helpful-

great location, very good facilities, extremely clean, but above all - exceptional staff! that make you feel at home. A special thank to Moti (hotel manager), Ziv (front desk), Erez (deputy manager and head of security and operations). they are all great people who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

Expectations for a cheaper hotel met, Ziv was great and overall, decent experience.
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel because I was running the TLV marathon. Upon check-in, I met Ziv. He did an outstanding job checking me in, was very helpful and made the experience as easy as can be for me. The location of the hotel was superb, but aside from Ziv and the location, the hotel can use some updating to be competitive with similar hotels this close to the beach.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable and the room itself could use some renovations, but perhaps my expectations were met given the price point.

An amazing and enjoyable stay, I would definitely come back again
Pros:

The hotel was amazing in every way. The location is excellent and close to the beach, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful and everything was well organized and relaxing.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

אין חנייה וזה הוריד את כל הכיף בכנות.
הגענו מעכו ופשוט כל פעם שיצאנו מהמלון

Cons:

Aircon is centralized and couldn't change the temp to suite our requirements. The tea/coffee packs don't come with creamer .
