Couple of small negatives; bar not open and noisy in the morning with something electrical outside window.

Excellent

Booked for my partner’s birthday as a surprise for her and 2 friends. She absolutely loved her stay. The room was amazing and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. To celebrate her birthday with her the hotel sent down a bottle of fizz for her to enjoy, which I thought was a lovely touch.

The breakfast was gorgeous and the service was great but she says the beans are really spicy.

Will definitely be returning n our next visit!

The service in the hotel wasn’t great. We had to call reception, whilst stood at reception, to get a member of staff to come over and welcome us. A bell to ring would improve this. The room was nice but the bed was that hardest I’ve ever slept on and it was SO HOT! We eventually found the fan in the cupboard which solved this but air con would definitely be an improvement. Breakfast wasn’t great and again, the service could have been improved on. And we were given a code for the car park but we couldn’t get it to work because we didn’t already have the app for NCP so that ended up costing £35! Wouldn’t return here as there are far better hotels very close by that are much better

When you walk through the door and are met with a big smile it sets an amazing tone. Jody on reception is a diamond and all of the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are a little quirky but that just adds to the ambience.
Will definitely be back on my next visit to Manchester.

Quiet and beautiful room

The bath in the room , made it seem very special.

Amazing staff, so welcoming, lovely room, how ever be careful when turning the lights on,?I pressed the switch which activated the radiator in the bathroom, omg the rooms get hot !!!! Quick, anyways that was my own fault. Great location for Deansgate, Spinningfields and the locks, would definitely stay there again, very dog friendly as well, which is always a bonus when I’m travelling with my Livvy ❤️

We had a good sleep, the thing that let the room down was that there were no windows or natural light.

Fantastic hotel and building! Had a lovely 2 night stay! The breakfast (included with booking) is the best I have ever had at a hotel. Sublime. Brilliant service from every employee we encountered. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Manchester👍

Amazing breakfast which was included in the price of hotel. Lovely quiet hotel in good location. Room was a little on the dark side and could have benefitted from a light near the mirror for dressing and makeup. it was also a little too warm but there was a fan in the room.

The welcoming friendly and helpful staff were amazing and made our stay. The Hotel quality and location was perfect and breakfast was the best ever in a hotel. Great value and definitely would stay again for a couples weekend away.

We have a lovely stay in the MH the staff were very friendly, the building is beautiful and they've done the bedrooms very nicely.
We were worried about being in the basement and no air conditioning on a warm day.
The temperature was brilliant very comfortable, the bath tub was it's a nice addition.
The breakfast was included and this was wonderful, we wished we had spent more nights to enjoy all the options. Breakfast was beautifully cooked served in the very nice restaurant. The young lady was lovely taking care that everything was ok.
Definitely we will go back again when visiting our son in Manchester.

Great place for Manchester centre

Fantastic hotel,rooms were excellent staff were excellent and the breakfast was amazing,serving staff were very attentive,recommended to anyone 👌👌

The staff and room were great but there was quite alot of dust in clumps on the floor which wasn't great if bare foot. Breakfast was disappointing as bacon undercooked, random use of ciabattas on all options. Sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms were all we ate.

Clean, good characteristics, quiet very helpful staff, will recommend.
