Awesome location
Pros:

They're staff were friendly. The food was good and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The room was quite tight and the air con wasn't working! I know it was a heat wave but we were very hot!

Pros:

Location was excellent, free parking next door, air con in the bedrooms, breakfast was fine (not brilliant but fine)

Cons:

It’s a bit weird, like the rooms have furniture that we put on the bonfire in the 70’s. You have a bedside table but only on one side of the bed. The bathroom was a good size but again strange, so when you get out the shower there’s nowhere for a towel not even a hook. The shower itself was a walk in and there was some empty bottle of shower gel that had probably been there ever since the bathroom had been updated. The plastic seal on the bottom of shower door hadn’t ever been cleaned. My wife wanted to go to Asda and get some Cillit bang and clean it (she hates filth). All that said if you’re looking for a base and can put up certain levels of weirdness go for it

One member of staff per 12 hours waiting at bar too long , bedroom carpet absolutely filthy but bed clean and bathroom clean

Very good hotel in great location!
Pros:

It was a in a great location opposite the train and bus station! We didn't have far to carry the suitcase! It was very hot the few days we were there, but our room, which was spacious, had air conditioning which was brilliant!! The Breakfasts were delicious and cooked to order! It was in a great location for everything! We also had a trip by hovercraft to the Isle of Wight!

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the mattress on the bed, it was a bit too soft for us!

Ideal location, parking available. Clean but dated furniture.
Pros:

Cleanliness, staff were accommodating, breakfast was adequate. Breakfast room was lovely.
We were able to park on the premises, albeit tight!

Cons:

My husband’s bed was the hardest ever.
My room was so warm, no air.
No hairdryers in the rooms, I borrowed one. It was not very clean and I had to clean it before using it.
Then when I plugged it in, it blew all the sockets.
They managed to sort out the problem whilst we were out. So I was able to have the fan on later on.
Furniture very dated.

Perfection. A perfect holiday.
Pros:

Exeptional location.brilliant hotel. Efficient and so close to the ferry terminal.

Cons:

I think there was a curfue as I was given one room key.I got an early cinema seat.
