Pros:

Great location, parking, comfortable room, excellent bathroom. An older hotel, more comfortable than many up to date hotels. I slept very well. Very good breakfast.

Frühstück mittelmäßig, Zimmer sah nicht sehr ansprechend aus mit Sauberkeit und Einrichtung, Teppich sehr schmuddelig.

Great location and on site parking
Pros:

Great location so close to Gunwharf Quays
Option to eat in the restaurant but I just didnt have time during my stay
Shop next door for any last minute purchases
Parking on site was a huge bonus

Cons:

The room was absolutely fine but a little dated. Had air-conditioning but no remote so the team had kindly left a fan in my room which did the job.

Location is great, so close to transport connections, Gunwharf Quay and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

It was just ok
Pros:

Very handy for quays and naval dockyard

Cons:

Not very welcoming staff. Had to ask for soap for my room, tv didn’t work despite asking for someone to come up he couldn’t fix - said it was the rain!

Une halte de bonne qualité et très pratique pour prendre le ferry.
Pros:

La localisation proche de la gare du ferry; la chambre confortable, la climatisation.

Cons:

Chambre sur port donc un peu bruyante si on ouvre la fenêtre. Mais la climatisation permet de dormir fenêtre fermée.

Excellent - would recommend and stay again.
Pros:

The room was spacious with dresser and wardrobe. Everything was clean, the staff wonderful, the breakfasts were both reasonably priced and very good. The location was excellent, close to the train, shopping and museums. Kettle but no refrigerator.

Cons:

There was an air conditioner, which really cooled the room, almost too much.

One of the afternoon staff was quite rude, I asked for an extra pillow and was told on the bedroom phone that they did not have any, he didn't even say I will go check, how would you know in a hotel if there aren't any spare pillows without looking and what kind of a hotel doesn't have spare pillows..
