Good place to stay, great location, just needs updating
Pros:

Great location, room was spacious, great value for what we paid, breakfast was good

Cons:

Room could of done with a lick of paint, furniture needs updating, room was very hot but we opened a window, went to breakfast saw a woman working there she gave us menus and then went away, we waited 10 minutes for her to come back from talking with another colleague in the back

Nice comfortable room
Perfect location! 2mins walk from Gunwharf Quays and the harbour.
Perfect for a couple days getaway.

Really enjoyed our short stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again
Pros:

Breakfast was ideal I asked for what I wanted and was given it
The location was ideal across the road from train
Station and down the road from dockyard

Good location, 2 star feel at best, good size room, unclean and very tired hotel.
Pros:

View was ok, the Spinnaker Tower looked great and the sunset was nice but the bus station, taxi rank and train station are in the foreground.
Room was a good size.

Cons:

Staff were poor, unresponsive, made us wait unecassarily after acknowledging us trying to check in.
Carpet was stained and dirty.
The bed was two pushed together but with a much more noticeable join than any other hotel I’ve stayed in and a noticeable height difference.
Windows were filthy.
The decor throughout is very tired and the place is in desperate need of a refurb.

Perfect for a one night stay with parking and a good cooked breakfast
Pros:

The location is excellent just over the road from Gunwharf Quays, the Spinnaker Tower and the Hostoric Dockyard. Staff were all friendly and we were upgraded to a larger room with a sea view which was very comfortable and kind of them. Breakfast was great and it was brilliant to have a car park available though the spaces are quite small with modern larger vehicles.

Everything was great thank you.
