From the moment you checked in with the happy smiling receptionists they sorted everything for you. I asked for a room with a bath even though not requested on booking and it was sorted as was my colleagues as well. Any queries or questions they answered and leaving your case before you leave on day of departure was no problem. The resteraunt was white pricy and had a very limited menu though what I did have was nice and of good quality though plenty of local eateries out and about and close. The bathroom was very nicely fitted out and the size of the bath was great for relaxing in.
As with most Dutch hotels natural light in the room seems a problem and you had to have the light on most of the time though this wasn't helped by the dark feature wall and ceiling. Also no fridge or safe in the room
Location.
Dark room, no plug for the bath and when I went down to request one it took the best part of 2 hours to be brought to me, the bottle of conditioner was empty and I didn’t find that out until half way through my shower. I wasn’t informed about where I could go for breakfast or an evening meal, or where the gym and other on site facilities were.
Great location. Friendly staff. Able to drop bags early. Very clean and modern. Quiet.

Hotellet har en central beliggenhed i Den Haag, med maks. 10 minutters gang fra Den Haag Centraal, samt gode transportmuligheder vitterligt lige ude foran døren til hotellet.
Hotellets faciliteter samt værelser var også rent, moderne og nyrenoveret.
Værelserne har en QR-kode på skrivebordet, som linker til en digital portal, hvor du kan læse om hotellets faciliteter, bestille ekstra room service eller manglende tilbehør (håndklæder, toiletpapir, m.m), eller skrive direkte ned til receptionen.
Allerede ved check-in blev både jeg, og mine medrejsende, bedt om at skrive vores e-mail på en Post-it note, på trods af at jeg allerede var registreret og havde booket gennem Booking.com og mine medrejsende på Hotels.com. Hvad de helt præcist skulle bruge det til, når vi i forvejen var registreret gennem de ovennævnte platforme, ved vi ikke – og da vi var bange for at blive nægtet adgang til vores værelser, accepterede vi blot at skrive vores e-mails ned til dem.
Nogle værelser har køkken og køleskab – andre har ikke. Det skal man lige være opmærksom på. Vi forventede, at alle værelser havde det, men jeg blev da grueligt skuffet, da jeg blev mødt af et værelse uden køkken eller køleskab.
Der var begrænset lys på værelset. Især om aftenen, når det er mørkt udenfor, er det begrænset hvor meget man kan lyse værelset op.
Hotellets wi-fi er ekstremt langsomt – så du skal ikke forvente at kunne uploade, downloade eller streame særlig meget.
TV'erne på værelserne har indbygget Chromecast, men som man ikke kan forbinde til.
Morgenmad er bestemt ikke billigt, med mindre du køber det i forbindelse med din bookning af værelse. Hvis du booker værelse uden morgenmad, kan du betale direkte i restauranten, men skal dog forvente at slippe af med hele €25.

Het was erg warm op de kamer. Airco stond aan maar leek niet echt te werken.

Room was very dark. Room did not have a safety box. Room did not have a mini fridge. Cleaning cart in the hallway all day, unclear when rooms are cleaned.
Mooi hotel, erg netjes allemaal en prima locatie.

Propreté exemplaire. Confort parfait. Endroit très central et très bien desservi. Excellents breakfast et excellents repas.
Personnel ne s'exprimant parfois qu'en anglais. Pas super accueillant à la réception mais très accueillant et très sympa au restaurant.
Modern hotel, super locatie in de stad om alles te voet te doen, 10/10 voor het lekkere ontbijt & 11/10 voor het vriendelijke personeel!
Op je kamer is er alles wat je nodig hebt: van doucheartikelen tot haardroger, steamer voor je kledij, …
We waren er niet van op de hoogte dat er zich in onze hotelkamer een dubbele deur bevond naar de hotelkamer ernaast. Natuurlijk kon je niet zomaar naar de deur van de andere kamer openen, maar daardoor hoor je wel wat meer geluid van de kamer ernaast.

Alles voor wat betreft de kamer - het ontbijt vonden we te duur maar was uitstekend in Kafe Kafka
De incheckroutine liep nog niet vlot - wij hadden via bookings geboekt en konden niet op naam onze kamer krijgen, alleen op een heel lang boekingsnummer wat men niet kon vinden.
De kamers waren niet op tijd beschikbaar
Bij de tweede boeking voor vrienden werd ipv kamer met twee bedden een kamer met tweepersoonsbed gegeven.
