The room was very comfortable, with a spacious layout, a comfy bed, and a bathroom I really loved—the design and taste are great. The breakfast buffet was delicious, though it could be replenished a bit faster, especially in the final service hour

Cons:

The main points for improvement would be staffing and service flow: the hotel sometimes feels understaffed and some employees seem quickly overwhelmed, even though multi‑tasking and handling several guests at once are to be expected in such a central location. The gym is well equipped but quite small, and a sauna would have been a nice addition given the price level

Mega schön, super Lage!

Cons:

Das Licht zum Schminken war nicht gut. Elektrische Geräte funktionieren nur wenn das Licht an ist. Etwas laut auf der Staßenseite, da die Straßenbahn vorbei fährt. Man ist ja auch mitten in der Stadt, ne!

Bel hôtel pour tourisme à Den Haag
Pros:

Proche de la gare et du centre. Très bon hôtel pour visiter Den Haag.
Hotel fraîchement rénové. Très agréable et calme.
Super buffet petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Très beau buffet petit déjeuner, mais à 10h00 pile, le rideau est fermé et fini de se servir. Un peu trop pointilleux.
