Well-located. No drinking water. Odd staff setup. Poor pillows.

The hotel is well-located. The mattress was good.

Cons:

They do not provide water in the hotel rooms. They provide a bottle, and if you want water, you have to go to the lobby to fill it. I was on the 7th floor. Imagine arriving from a long journey, you want a glass of water, which is standard in most hotel rooms, but, no, you have to leave your room with an empty bottle and travel to the lobby to get water. Also, and this is not just a problem with this hotel, but the room was badly lit. The shower head was not properly fixed, and when I turned the shower on to bring the water to temperature, it sprayed all over the bathroom. I had to leave it for the poor cleaning staff to clean up as I had a meeting to go. One one occasion when I went to reception one of the reception staff was doing the washing up. I don't expect 5 star level for this, but the place seems badly run. They will try to convince you that the water thing is about saving the environment - it is not. Not sure what the reception staff doing the washing up is all about. I would avoid here. Pillows were poor too.
