Une expérience différente de la première
Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soin avec vous même pour des demandes inhabituelles. J’ai eu un problème de chambre à 2h de matin avec un client bruyant la première nuit et on m’a changé de chambre dès le lendemain.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur de remonté d’égout dans la salle de bain qui n’était vraiment pas plaisant avec des insectes volants..

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Delux Zweibett-Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Namsan Tower. Es war ein schönes, sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer mit tollem großen Bad. Metro Station war in der Nähe. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Außenpool kostet extra.

Nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and even quite spacious , which added to the overall comfort. The breakfasts were good, with a nice variety to start the day comfortably.

Cons:

We were a bit surprised when we wanted to order something in the lobby—although we received the menu and were seated before 10:00 PM, when we tried to place the order exactly at 10:00 PM, we were informed that orders were only accepted until that time and could no longer be taken. It would have been helpful to know this in advance.

Excellent hotel in a great location
Pros:

Beautiful, generous size room with a stunning view of Namsan Tower. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite and the location was excellent. Absolutely loved our stay here.

Pros:

The family room is great for children, the room was big and clean.

Cons:

Paying extra to access the pool shown in the marketing which really isn’t as good as the pictures and definitely isn’t worth $20-$40 access fee per person.

Great location and excellent spa in city hotel
Pros:

The location was excellent and the room large for a city hotel.
But the best thing about this hotel was its spa and the seshin experience. For this alone, this hotel gets top marks from me!

Cons:

The pillows were rather flat. I should have requested for a more firm pillow but I kept forgetting!
Also, providing some Korean teas in the rooms would be a nice touch.
