Tekrar Seul e gidersem yine burada kalırım.

Kahvaltı bence muhteşemdi. Uzakdoğu , fransız, ingiliz ,iskandinav vs. her türlü imkanın olduğu , taze ve lezzetli ,hijyen anlamında sorunsuz bir kahvaltı imkanı vardı. Kahvaltı salonu butik sunumu ve ideal büyüklükteki alanı ve dekorasyonu ile çok güzeldi.

Amazing rooms, great location, awesome staff (especially Maria), good gym and nice breakfast.
Pros:

Beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. Amazing facilities, pool is nice, breakfast is great, sauna is OK (too hot for me) and the gym is superb for a hotel gym.
Staff are amazing, friendly and attentive, especially Maria!
Location is great, close to metro and bus.

Cons:

Not everyone can communicate in English, sauna too hot, breakfast is always the same.

La literie fait très confortable

Cons:

Une piscine la plus petite on pouvait se baigner la deuxième était payante en en plus le service est déplorable il leur a fallu 4 jours comprendre comment on faisait un œuf coque.
Quand vous arrivez à la réception ils ne sont vraiment pas souples.
Les parties communes ne sont pas toujours nettoyées les vitres même du hall sont sales beaucoup d'endroits et les couloir pour aller au chambre ne sont pas toujours nettoyés il y a des poubelles au milieu ce n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles

YOU need to book this hotel!,,even just for the beautiful smell as soon as you walk in into the lobby,You need to book for the clean spacious luxurious rooms, to the Club,for location & above all the highest quality service from the door men to the Management ( we had a slight hiccup that was managed professionally by Jacob Lee & Jacob Ham. We also applaud Noah & Ginny for prompt service with a smile.. I have travelled the world with IHG & now will be a happy Accor member due to this stay & service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great English-speaking Receptionist
Pros:

I rated my stay in the hotel to 5 stars from 3.5 stars because of one the receptionists called Elaine. She worked on 18th and 19th during daytime hour just in case I spelled the name incorrectly.
I went to the hotel from two-day stay in another five star hotel in the Gangnam district, but I was really impressed by one of the receptionists called Elaine. Elaine’s English was very good and she gave the most detailed instruction regarding the hotel. When I encounter a problem, she was very helpful and gave solutions instead of most of the Korean stuffs who mostly just offer their sad look and say sorry which makes it confusing if they understand it or not.

Great hotel!
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here and really enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean, the service second to none, and they had great food options right in the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

I had encountered the suspension problem of my platinum accor account during my stay. the hotel staff jennifer and her gro team did help to solve the problem and let me really enjoy the great services provided by the hotel. I definitely will choose to stay in this hotel again whenever I come to Seoul.

The room was absolutely beautiful with a city view. The bathroom was pristine, and the bed was super comfy. It was within a 10-minute walk to a subway station.

Would come back again!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Very close to bus and metro station. Cafes, bakeries, restaurants whether korean or international were all reachable by foot.
Staff extremely friendly. Checking in and out was extremely easy.
Daily house keeping kept the room clean and tidy, also housekeeping staff was very friendly.
The view from our room was directly in front on Namsan Tower and the decor of the room was modern and stylish.

Cons:

Room service was good but limited in options.
