Pros:

The room was clean, the gym was big and had a lot of equipment. The capsules for coffee and the nespresso machine were in the room free of charge

Cons:

We asked for a higher floor but we were given the 2nd out of almost 20.
The window in the room could only be opened a tiny bit and didn't have a net for insects, so we couldn't open it during the night.
You can hear the neigbors when they are talking
For the indoor pool you cannot enter without a swimming cap, which you are required to bring with you or to buy from the hotel (which is an unnecessary expense when staying in such a hotel) - they could have included it in the room price

Kamer was comfortabel. Personeel super vriendelijke en behulpzaam.

Kamers net iets ruimer. Faciliteiten gesloten vanwege besloten feesten.

Pros:

The rooms were well equipped with everything you needed.
The bed was super comfortable with great pillows.
Breakfast was great and not crowded which was a bonus

Cons:

The surrounding area is quite steep and hilly so people with walking difficulties may find this a bit of an issue

Ett trevligt och centralt hotell nära till turistattraktioner såväl som områden där locals hänger!
Pros:

Det var ett superbra hotell! Loungen som vi hade access till på 18:e våningen var mycket trevlig och vi hängde där mycket mellan allt turistande och all shopping vi gjorde! Läget var bra, nära tunnelbanans orangea linje, och det fanns bussar direkt utanför hotellet som tog oss durken till Namsan tower! Det var också nära det trevliga och hippa området Hannam, där jag shoppade! Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal! Särskilt conciergen som rekommenderade olika restauranger och förklarade hur vi skulle dricka soju+öl på samma sätt som koreanerna själva gör det! Rummet var fint och badrummet superfräscht! Det märktes verkligen att hotellet var nyrenoverat! Min pappa testade gymmet, och det var han nöjd med!

Cons:

Vi skulle en dag till DMZ, med avfärd mycket tidigt på morgonen. Vi frågade hotellet på eftermiddagen dagen innan om vi kunde få frukost att hämta upp 30 minuter innan frukosten öppnade, men det gick inte att ordna med så kort varsel! Det hade jag nog räknat med på ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. Men vi löste det genom att köpa ett gott ostbröd på G25 i närheten!

Fab stay in Seoul
Pros:

Great location for getting around the city (we had a Namsan Tower view room!) and was around an 8 minute walk from the nearest subway station. The staff were so friendly and helpful for when we had questions or needed something (ordering us a taxi and preparing a breakfast takeaway box when we were missing breakfast due to an early flight!). The room was spacious, beds comfortable and had everything you could need.

Great hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

The staff are wonderful here, Jack at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Breakfast is absolutely brilliant and worth getting up early for. The views across Seoul are great and the Urban Escape pool is fun. The facilities are excellent. We stayed in a Hanok at our first time in Seoul which was special and I’d recommend, but for a different vibe and a very good hotel I’d stay here again too.

Cons:

The location isn’t the most convenient but it wasn’t too bad. My aircon didn’t stay on all night which was a bit inconvenient.
