Great hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

The staff are wonderful here, Jack at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Breakfast is absolutely brilliant and worth getting up early for. The views across Seoul are great and the Urban Escape pool is fun. The facilities are excellent. We stayed in a Hanok at our first time in Seoul which was special and I’d recommend, but for a different vibe and a very good hotel I’d stay here again too.

Cons:

The location isn’t the most convenient but it wasn’t too bad. My aircon didn’t stay on all night which was a bit inconvenient.

Amazing Stay 💯
Pros:

The staff was hospitable and we had such an amazing time there! Bed was super comfortable we had a hard time waking up!

Pros:

Goed ligging, uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamer zit vol snufjes voldoen groot, met veel kastruimte en een mooi uitzicht.

Pros:

The breakfast in the executive lounge is excellent. Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Cons:

It would be nice to have all day access to the executive lounge so I can work in there but it was only available during certain periods.

Rustig, tevreden en excellente service.
Pros:

Het personeel en de service waren echt heel goed. Echt wat je verwacht bij een 5-sterren hotel.

Cons:

De prijzen voor het eten in het hotel zijn vrij hoog. Ontbijt voor twee personen was omgerekend €70,-

Une expérience différente de la première
Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soin avec vous même pour des demandes inhabituelles. J’ai eu un problème de chambre à 2h de matin avec un client bruyant la première nuit et on m’a changé de chambre dès le lendemain.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur de remonté d’égout dans la salle de bain qui n’était vraiment pas plaisant avec des insectes volants..

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Delux Zweibett-Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Namsan Tower. Es war ein schönes, sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer mit tollem großen Bad. Metro Station war in der Nähe. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Außenpool kostet extra.
