Pros:

The room was absolutely beautiful with a city view. The bathroom was pristine, and the bed was super comfy. It was within a 10-minute walk to a subway station.

Would come back again!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Very close to bus and metro station. Cafes, bakeries, restaurants whether korean or international were all reachable by foot.
Staff extremely friendly. Checking in and out was extremely easy.
Daily house keeping kept the room clean and tidy, also housekeeping staff was very friendly.
The view from our room was directly in front on Namsan Tower and the decor of the room was modern and stylish.

Cons:

Room service was good but limited in options.

Pros:

とにかくスタッフの皆様が素晴らしかったです。
予約ミスをしてしまい部屋を２つ取ってしまったのですが、日本語ができるRYUさんというスタッフの方が通訳してくださり、1泊分返金していただくことができました。
カウンタースタッフの方(Anduさん？)も快く対応してくださり、気持ちの良い宿泊ができました！

心から感謝を込めて。
本当にありがとうございました！！！

룸 내 공기 순환이 좋지 않아 조금 답답하게 느껴짐
아이가 잠시 열이 나서 체온계가 필요했는데 대여가 가능한 쳬온계 미보유로 조금 불편

Las vistas. Las instalaciones. El desayuno buffet una maravilla.

La calefacción. Demasiado caliente. No había forma de apagarla. Tuvimos que abrir la puerta de la habitación para mejorar la temperatura.

First awesome experience..
Pros:

Thank u to Ms Sun for giving me a room even though we were early..I really appreciate it..room was spacious n clean..Everyday our room was clean when we came back..All the staff was also very friendly n helpful..will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Korea..was an awesome experience..

Sensors in the room that switch on light during night automatically when 1 person goes to bed and and consequently wakes out the partner. Provide opportunity to guests to switch it off if main preference is to have a good sleep

An incredible luxurious stay
Pros:

Luxurious meals, to of the line attention from staff. Cleanliness; Expert advice from front desk on travel in Seoul. Fancy bathroom. Comfortable beds. Convenient location amid all of the historical central Seoul areas. View of Namsan Tower and walking distance to Hanok Village.

Cons:

The modern bathroom had an 18 inch deep tub--very luxurious, but no safety bars for grabbing. Our group ranged from 44 years to 98 years old. I am 79. I was afraid I was going to slip in that tub in a foreign country every time I bathed. The other hotel I stayed in in Busan was the same.
