Nice room but a few problems. Bathroom door was warped and jammed against floor each time it was opened making a loud scraping sound. Shower head sprayed water up onto ceiling. Basin tap was stiff and creaked loudly. Air conditioner made an unusual noise when switched off, every few minutes through the night. Air con unit behind door and door bashed off it when opened. Nespresso Machine didn’t work well. Only 1 coffe cup for 2 person room and no milk. Fridge was warm.

The hotel check-in was easy, good location near many restaurants and beautiful views.

We stay for one night on the way to Saint Moritz and visited Thermal spa. So i’m going to break in down for pro and cons. Pro: Parking cheap across the street 6-7€, room comfortable and enough for 4 people
Cons: AC wasn’t working well, room was really hot and hard to sleep. No hair dryer in the room at the time of check in, hotel next to the church and every hour you waking up due the bell, no staff at the desk to answer any concerns, no breakfast included.

Good property, really unhelpful staff especially considering they cut costs by not having staff for check-in.

Lovely hotel in a great little town perfect for our needs. They have no staff for check in/out but fortunately someone was at the desk when I left my phone in my room while rushing out for a bus. Despite the language barrier she was my saviour and understood my predicament 😊

Would have been good if the breakfast has been provided as it was mentioned when I was booking it. I didn't see that change until last minute. We had to find out breakfast options and was bit hard due to national day .

Fint rummeligt værelse med god beliggenhed. Pænt og rent. Dog trækker det ned, at lyset i badeværelset tændte og slukkede konstant af sig selv døgnet rundt, og at køleskabet viste sig ikke at køle, så vores dyrt indkøbte mad blev fordærvet. At der hverken var morgenmad eller bemanding i receptionen gav en forladt følelse.

Super fint og god beliggenhed. Ingen medarbejdere, total self check ind og ud, fungerede super.
Bad Tagaz lille hyggelig by med fantastiske vandremuligheder.

Always choose the option to pay before. We had a little problem checking in, all because of our choice to pay at the hotel and had trouble finding answers in English. However, we found a number and with a phone call we got immediate help to pay and check in.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bot allen notwendigen Komfort. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut

Beware that the automatic door opens outwards and does not sense the person or animal near it. This can cause injury.
The hotel is on a noisy cross road.
The shower screen does not prevent the water from soaking the marble floor.
The rooms are light and comfortable and conveniently located for the town, station or walks.

Gut zu finden, großes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück

Zimmer direkt zur Straße und ggü Kirche.
Dadurch entsprechender Lärm.
Auf Anfrage Zimmerwechsel wurde gar nicht reagiert.

Wie waren nur eine Nacht dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

The photos of the room are not real. The second bed for our child was a folding cot, not a real bed, despite what was shown in the photos. The room did have a nice, two person jacuzzi tub, but not separated from sleeping area, which was strange. There was no Netflix option on the tv despite that being advertised. Also, the light switches did not work properly. The bathroom light and fan would not turn off at all, and most of the switches seemed to do nothing. There were two switches in the room which operated every single light (except the bathroom) on and off. There was also a green led for underwater in the jacuzzi that we had to cover with a blanket because it would not turn off. The lobby of the hotel smells of sewer. But the bed was comfortable, the bathroom much nicer than pictured, and the breakfast was good and fresh. Overall though a disappointing and frustrating stay.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, with good food options nearby.

will man Klopapier oder Hygiene Artikel für das Bad, ist niemand da. Erstaunlich, dass man so etwas in unsere schönen Schweiz anbietet.

This property needs some one speck English and need taxis phone numbers the personal not trying to help me I don’t like and I am not happy , only the room was good nice and clean , the breakfast room great and the person too.

Ich war mit meiner frau und kinder als erstes hat das zimmer gestunken wie ein nasser pudel. Den gestank haben wir trotz mehrmaligemlüften nicht rausgebracht.
2 tens war das zimmer saukalt wir haben angerufen kam ein typ aus dem restairant und sagte er habe die bodenheizung eingeschaltet.
Stimmt nicht wir haben mit winterkleider und decke geschlafen.
Das frühstück war ok.
