Absolutely the best of the best! This was our second stay, and once again, everything was exceptional! This year, we brought our friends with us, and they absolutely fell in love with this wonderful place, just as we did! The staff is truly number one — incredibly professional, kind, welcoming, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make every guest feel special. The hospitality, service, comfort, cleanliness, and attention to every detail are simply outstanding. We have traveled extensively, and this remains one of our favorite places in the world. We cannot recommend it highly enough. A huge thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable experience!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Wir gehen selten zweimal ins gleiche Hotel- hierhin sind wir tatsächlich zurückgekehrt und auch 4 Jahre später waren wir wieder begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir diesmal das SPA - eine bessere Massageliege hatten wir noch nirgends und auch die Massage selbst war hervorragend. Der Service auch sonst ausgezeichnet, aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Zimmer, Ausstattung, alles top.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wäre vielleicht etwas mehr Abwechslung schön (z.B. andere Obstsorten) - aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
