Pros:

The parking was full. The guy in the front desk made sure we were okay with the parking he provided for us which was infront of the building.

Cons:

we stayed in room 203 the water in the shower took forever to drain, i felt like i was just stepping in my dirty water the whole time.

en la alberca nos robaron unos lentes de marca, mi hermana y yo nos hospedamos y bajamos a divertirnos, pedimos las camaras y solo una señora de la recepcion mostro empatia y nos brindo apoyo, asi como el señor de limpieza muy amable y el se dio cuenta de que llegaron mas mujeres, pédimos las camaras y resulta que no se ve cuando la camara daba directo a las cosas de nosotras, me llevo un trago amargo por ese asunto.

Cons:

The staff was very very rude. The free internet did not work. The pool was open for guests but they had a private party that overfill the pool area. The a/c didn't work well and the shower was luke warm. I would not recommend this facility to board a dog.

Never stayed possible scam
Cons:

I don’t know if this was a scam I could not find the hotel when I called it rang hotel colonial I showed up there on gps and they said same owner different hotel it ended being 11 min away and not in the location I was looking forward to. I can’t get a refund . Not sure if it was a scam tbh
