A 2 star which felt like a 3.5 star.
Pros:

Very attentive staff. Took a personal interest.

Cons:

There is a metal staircase you must climb with about 20 steps up and then down in order to cross the railroad tracks. After a long day of walking, etc. I could have done without the steps - but it was a modest price to pay for the hotel. I also would have liked more selection for breakfast - eggs cooked and not just hardboiled. But it was ok.

Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet. God frokost. Stort rom og bra bad. Kjøleskap på rommet. Fin uteplass. Hyggelig og forekommende personale. God kommunikasjon og enkel løsning for sen innsjekking etter at personalet var gått hjem. Bare to stjerner (og derfor billig i forhold til standard) på grunn av at de mangler heis, men vi har vært på mange trestjerners med dårligere kvalitet.

Het is een prima hotel vlak bij het station en 10 minuten lopen naar de hoofdstraat. De kamer was netjes en voorzien van airco. De communicatie (via WhatsApp) was uitstekend en snel. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met verse producten.

Great staff, good location and would stay again

Pros:

E’ molto vicina al centro di Lucca che si raggiunge in breve tempo senza usare l’auto. Le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort e la colazione molto buona e abbondante. Inoltre il personale dello staff è molto cortese
