Pros:

Приветливый персонал. Заселили на час раньше. Расположение отличное, все рядом. До пляжа минут 10, до ресторанов/кофеен минут 5-7. Перед отелем готовят кофе и разные напитки и готовят не плохо. У меня был номер на 18 этаже с частичным видом на море, не обманули, вид был. Убирали и меняли полотенца каждый день. Есть сейф.

Cons:

Завтраки были скудные и однообразные. Я ела только банан и блины. Конечно, были разные салаты, супы, хлеб и джемы, но вид у них был не очень.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and everything you need. The room wasn’t brand new, but it was spotless, very well maintained, and comfortable. Everything felt clean and pleasant, with no feeling of staying in an old or worn-out hotel. The room had a nice view, and all the essentials were provided, including towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, and other toiletries.

I also really enjoyed the breakfast. Even though it wasn’t expensive, there was a good variety of food, and I especially liked the delicious Vietnamese soup. I’m quite picky with food, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The biggest thanks go to the staff. I accidentally left my headphones in the room after check-out, and the team found them, contacted me, and even offered to send them to me by delivery. Their kindness and willingness to help left a great impression. Thank you very much!

Cons:

Nothing significant. The furniture and interior are not the newest, but everything is clean, well maintained, and in good condition, so it didn’t affect my stay at all.

Vị trí thuận tiện. Cách bãi biển không xa lắm. Phòng hơi nhỏ. Trang thiết bị bình thường. Hành lang hẹp. Nhân viên kiểu thờ ơ không niềm nở như một số khách sạn lân cận. Giá hợp lý nên chấp nhận được.

Хороший отель, приятный бассейн на крыше, чисто. Отель не на первой линии, но для нас это оказалось плюсом. Из окна с видом на море правда было видно кусочек моря. Завтрак - шведский стол , еда есть местная, есть европейские блюда, в общем - на любой вкус. На стойке регистрации персонал приветливый и адекватный.

Cons:

Немного странное общение с персоналом в букинге. Несколько раз уточнила про трансфер, сказали, что он есть, но нужно его подтвердить. Как именно - не уточнили. В сообщениях прямым текстом писала, что нужен трансфер. Это не критично, но в приложении действительно не вникают в сообщения.
Полотенце дают одно большое банное на человека. Для меня важно иметь отдельное полотенце для лица, хорошо, что было своё с собой.

Ivy Hotel is luxurious, convenient and easy to go another places that we wanted to visit. Besides Ivy Hotel's food is delicious.

Cons:

Ivy Hotel hasn't got car-park that made us feel uncomfortable. And when we didn't want to use elevator, we used stairs, but they were rather unsafe. After that, the small bed in our room is not good.
