Top Aussicht und Lage. Grosse Unterkunft.

Perfekte Lage mitten in Beyoglu. Alles ist zu Fuß bzw mit der Straßenbahn super zu erreichen.

I went to Istanbul for a family wedding at the very nearby Pera Palace. So the location was perfect. I was staying with my adult son, so having two bedrooms was important and both were doubles and equally comfortable, and as one was ensuite we didn't need to share a bathroom. As others have mentioned, the view from the good sized living room is spectacular in the daytime and more so at night. Definitely a room with a view, including of the Pera Palace, Golden Horn river and across the other side with mosques. The air con worked well. Has a good size fridge, kettle and toasted sandwich maker as well as microwave. The hob, which we didn't use has two electric rings. There is a switch by the door to put on green, if you want your room cleaned / laundry changed etc. The apartment was quite moden with real wood floors. It was clean and my bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet. The price was very reasonable, compared to many of the local hotels, so a lot more for less. The communication with owner via booking.com was very good. Расположение главный плюс данного варианта, на параллельной улице с улицей Истикляль, проход на которую буквально за углом - весь движ рядом, но не мешает отдыхать. Недалеко от метро Шишхане. Квартира красиво оформлена, есть дизайнерские решения. Из окна довольно красивый вид ткани города. А входом в апартаменты будет пролегать через сетевую кофейню EspressoLab, которая выручала как завтраком, так и кофе со сладостями в течение дня.
Для кампании оценили хорошие условия, потому как в квартире 2 раздельные ванные комнаты и можно не пересекаться. И в самой квартире есть все необходимые кухонные (полноценная кухня) и нужные бытовые принадлежности (к примеру, гладильная доска с утюгом).
Общение с персоналом было дистанционное, получили понятные инструкции, проблем не было.

Nice spacious apartment. Beautiful view.

It is a very well-decorated penthouse at the heart of the city.

However, it was not well-cleaned and was very dusty. In the evenings there was constant loud music from the dans studio next door, which made me very hard to rest. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen drawers. In order to connect to the free wifi we had to consent to our data being used for promotional contact. Last but not least, the establishment tried to enter our room by clicking their card at our door multiple times until we woke up to tell them off... at 07:30 on a Saturday morning.

In short, this place has great potential but was very uncomfortable. We didn't have a "penthouse experience" and won't be staying there again.

Staff where very helpful (Vera & Mehmet - Thank you) . the Location is supper good (Istiklal street hardly 100m) . the window view is nice, no building is blocking in front (try to take the 6th floor). complimentary water & soft drinks, Cafe in the GF for your morning coffee. price is reasonable for family of 6.
