Treppenhaus roch es einfach sehr stark nach Essen- da kann aber das Apartment so aber nichts dafür.

-Ich habe per email keinen Code für die Schlüsselausgabe erhalten- nur durch Zufall- durch andere Gäste - habe ich erfahren, dass das Restaurant den Code hat..
- hatte Studio mit Balkon gebucht, aber Zimmer ohne Balkon erhalten- Absolut kein Personal vor Ort. Habe telefonisch Bescheid gesagt, dass das Zimmer nicht der gebuchten Kategorie entspräche und mir wurde gesagt, dass mein Problem weitergeleitet würde. Niemand hat zurückgerufen und so habe ich nochmals angerufen- da wurde mir gesagt, dass es ja Wochenende sei und niemand mir jetzt weiterhelfen könne. Absolutes Versagen der Serviceleistung!!!!
-Das Zimmer war ausserdem nicht sauber- Krümel und Staubreste unter Schrankschiebetür und Kühlschrank.
-Umgebung sehr laut- speziell am Kiosk direkt vor dem Hotel- bis 3 Uhr morgens....

Alles wunderbar, ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, um mit dem Bus, zum Flughafen zu fahren. Auch die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Super Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Taunus und die Skyline.Meine Frage nach einer Raucherecke wurde mit einem Upgrade beantwortet. Ich bekam ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und man kann auf dem Zimmer kochen und hat eine Mikrowelle. Frühstücksecke beste aus Kaffe und Müsli. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt
