Royale Parc Hotel Tagaytay

Bathroom stinks, no exhaust fan.

I specifically loved the spacious rooms and location of this property.

We did not feel an enthusiasm from desk staff on welcoming guests.

Great stay, great staff, great location

Rooms were spacious, a/c was excellent. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Wifi was terrible and dropped the signal constantly. Parking is a nightmare on the weekends.

Great amenities and breakfast

My overall experience is excellent. The room is spacious and clean. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. All that I requested were attended to right away. My family enjoyed the pool and the included breakfast were excellent on all 3 days that we stayed there.
I just wish there's a microwave oven in each room.

Nice hotel layout. It's near a shopping mall.

The only concerns I had was incomplete toiletries and you need to ask. It could be for environmental purposes. But other than that, I think our stay was all good.

Visit for family wedding- this was listed as 3 star and that fits - staff were very friendly and helpful- apart frm saying they had no pizza when they did - cud be language issue - pool area very clean and great for kids - spa and massage very good - comfortable stay

The place, the room was pretty neat! Staffs were all super nice and accommodating.

Yaletown Cafe is great. Unfortunately, the hotel is not.

I really enjoyed my stay there, the only negative was the wifi. It wasn't there fault though. They told me there was an incident out of their control that affected the wifi and was being handled by the service provider; however, the wifi in my room was very weak not sure if it was the issue but ill accept them at their word. Very close to Ayala. Very clean, staff answered calls for service very fast. Breakfast buffet was good and very tasty with great filipino foods.

Great time using all amenities, a well deserve rest in an amazing hotel will definitely come back again!

A very quaint and retreat like hotel property. Loved all the encouraging words displayed throughout the property and the accommodating staff. Wish pool was heated though as the hot tub was small and the larger main pool was cold water. Breakfast is ok if included with room and by request laundry services can also be performed.

Like Swimming pool,like high ceiling room,wifi is very terrible we can not log in the whole stayed no cable we did not watch the whole statyed

The service were great. Staff were very attentive of our needs. The food were good. I will definitely recommend Royal Parc to others.

The staff could have appeared friendlier and check-in of luggage required my repeating which rooms the luggage needed to go to. Aside from that, the hotel was great, rooms were clean, nice pool for family fun and free buffet breakfast vouchers to the Cafe next door. Short drive to area attractions and shopping. Worth the money.
