Usually good, I have been there a few times over the years
Pros:

Convenient and with a good restaurant on the ground floor. Very good Indian food (lots of locals, families, and couples, and food delivery riders collecting orders, so it has to be good); however, they probably serve the best French fries I've tasted in 3 years in Sri Lanka.

Cons:

Some guests can be very noisy, like shouting in the corridor in the middle of the night.
