Treebo Five Elements, Lonavala

The toilet in back had a stink that was not only in the restaurant area but also rooms
They did upgrade us for a nominal fee which was nice
Toilet paper was like parchment paper which was horrible
No proper restaurant just a shed
However food the breakfast was okay but poha was excellent.

Staff is polite and cooperative. Breakfast menu is limited but tasty. Too much oil in the vegetable ordered in dinner. No desert available. Ordering dinner on Swiggy or Zomato not possible due to location not accessible to their apps. Chair not provided in facility which is minimum requirement for comfort. It was provided on request.

Perfect location close to highway. Nice cozy rooms served with breakfast and it has a swimming pool for your loved ones.

Location is far from lonavala tourist attractions.Bathroom lacks essential toiletries.Price of items in restaurant is at higher side

Staff was not helpfull and friendly. I was told that there would be some 6-7 food options but to disgrace the options were:
Idli
Sambhar - which was not cooked properly and had bad taste
Upma- to surprise it was sweet and lacked taste
Bread
Butter
Cornflakes
Tea/coffee( felt like drinking black coffee upon asking to make fresh same coffee was reheated and served)

Had to have breakfast at somenearby outlet and staff was not helfull.

Not recommend to stay here and not for value for money.

Rooms are good clean and spacious but breakfast was very terrible need more improvement in breakfast No live counter like dhosa or else

Enjoyed the stay here with prime location and appreciable behavior of staff. Breakfast options are limited but are tastier. Overall a memorable experience to stay in the calm, peaceful and pleasant property. Kudos to the team!!!

Especially Mukesh the receptionist guy I will give 5 star rating to his performance He is very approachable guy he guided from railway station to hotel and he made the journey very simple

It was a very pleasant stay at five elements, staff are very helpful and food is amazing. Recommended for couple family and solo business travellers. Neat and clean room, breakfast spread is amazing

Had a very good time at Treebo Five Elements at Lonavala in October 2022. The room was spacious and cozy and had the necessary facilities for a family's requirement. The staff were quite friendly and helpful throughout the trip. The property is also located fairly close to many of the tourist spots like Tungarli Dam, Narayani Dham temple, Bhushi dam, etc.

Restaurant food quality and taste is very good. Restaurant staff are very good in understanding the customer requirements.

Bathroom facilities to be improved like keeping Soap, shampoo etc...depending on no.of persons staying should increase water bottles and towels as customer paying for additional people

Location of property is very nice and easily accesible. Breakfast was good but only limited options available and that too veg (not even eggs available). Our room duvet was a bit smelly (smelled like once used before) but when asked room service to replace he was quite reluctant on replacing but since we had a Child 8 months old we got him to replace it.

very high in price, location is not so good. helping and polite staff. bad food...complementary breakfast was pathetic. Very small swimming pool . rooms are tiny. Room prices are very high comparative to the services and amenities.

Not recommended...

overall stay was good but few things which put us off were:
1. swimming pool - too small and kids were really not happy after seeing the size and location
2. Breakfast very average with no much choice
3. bedsheets and covers, though they said it were fresh but it looked dirty

Treebo should conduct spot audits fpr point 2 & 3

Given Lonavala is a wet region, there should be something to warm the room or dry the clothes. Like hair dryer or cloth warmer. Dental kit or bathroom slippers will be extra nice feature. Can also provide raincoat to borrow on extra charges.

I am happy that they charged me at discounted rate for suite and staff is good however few things need to be improved . Wifi sucked . Basic amenities like brush and comb were missing. Lot of Mosquitoes were there , not taken care of properly and they also stopped phone service on day before my sign off time, So not acceptable. Overall it was good though.

Excellent service. Good food. Nice breakfast everyday. Cooperative and courtious helpful n smiling staff.Overall a good experience. Will visit again.One suggestion they should provide something to hang clothes in the bathrooms.Cleanliness is good.
