Staff were helpful and smiling. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Partial sea views had some view of the sea from the blacony. The rooftop pool was relaxing, drinks and food were all right. They showed all the football matches there, so it was good to relax in the pool and watch the matches. Beach was accessible through their sister hotel and sunbeds could be used too. Both La leche cafe and restaurant were good and you can have a 15% discount if you are staying at the hotel.
The location is good for chilling as it is in the hotel zone. Short cab ride is needed if you want to see something lively around the promenade.

It's a good size room, with a comfortable bed and great shower - water pressure is some of the best I've experienced in Puerto Vallarta. The staff is professional and friendly.
My room looked like it had been cleaned quickly. My first day, there was a small lizard in the bathroom, and it looked like it had been there for a few days, because it had small insects around it, like it was saving food. Two days later I found another small lizard, but could not figure out where it came from. In trying to be a Green, I did not request cleaning every day, but I did ask for clean towels twice. The one day I requested my room to be cleaned, the sheets where not changed. I know because I saw the same small stains on the side of the sheets/mattress, as well as, one of the pillowcases had several small black dots/stains, which I recognized from my first days. I stayed for 7 nights, so a change of sheets would have been nice.
I was forced to pay additional late check out fee despite having booked the room already.
