It was fine but cancelled my next stay over the dishonesty
Pros:

The rooftop pool is great, not overly busy

Cons:

We specifically paid for the upgrade to ocean view, instead of our usual partial ocean view and we got the exact room we got last time. Definitely annoyed to pay extra for no reason, 2 other guests complained of the same thing.

Precio. Ubicación. Alberca. Staff de alberca muy atento

Cons:

Hubo un incidente en la calle ( exterior del hotel ) que ensucio mi acompañante ligeramente la banqueta . Nos cobraron los 1000 pesos del deposito. El staff de vigilancia ( señora corpulenta y en recepción) se pusieron medios rudos al cobro. Anexo foto del lugar
