Pros:

Hotel limpio, tranquilo, la piscina está situada en el rooftop y es muy agradable el ambiente. Todos los que trabajan allí son muy amables. Me encanta que sean pet friendly. Buena calidad-precio.

Cons:

Very rude staff that require training in hotel management and hospitality. The attitude ruined our stay for an otherwise beautiful city with warm nicer people. Basic facilities, dated and worn out towels and linen. Not worth the value, regret staying here over Zona Romantica

Cons:

Only that they required deposit and since I did not had pezos when I arrived I forgot about that and they blocked access to my room so when I come to reception they take the deposit from me. That is not professional.
