Die Lage, das Personal, sie sind allle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gäbe schöne Nieschen im Gaeten, die leider nicht gepflegt werden.
Es fehlen Lappen in den Appartements.

Frühstücksbuffet
Das Hotel entspricht in keinster Weise einem Vier-Sterne-Standard und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Die Infrastruktur wirkt in die Jahre gekommen, das Personal lustlos und unbeholfen, gerade wenn es um Allergien geht (wir haben Zöliakie, dies zu Beginn klar kommuniziert und es hatte dennoch glutenhaltige Streusel auf dem Dessert, was verheerend sein kann - zum Glück haben wir es selber rechtzeitig gemerkt und das Personal informiert). Ausserdem können einige nur italienisch und sprechen nicht englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwert. Es fehlte dem Hotel an Badetücher: Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes mussten wir duschen und baden mit demselben Tuch. Das Personal meinte, sie würden hoffentlich bald saubere Tücher kriegen, was nicht der Fall war. In der Dusche fliesst das Wasser nicht ab, was echt ekelig ist, und das Gefrierfach in der Küchennische ist komplett verstopft mit Eis - das wurde schon in vorherigen Kommentaren vor zwei Jahren kritisiert, aber nie repariert, schade. Es sind viele solche „kleinere“ Mängel, die sich summieren und sich niemand drum kümmert, auch wenn man das Hotel drauf aufmerksam macht. Ebenfalls schade: der Checkout verlief wie eine Abfertigung und es wurde nicht einmal gefragt, wie der Aufenthalt war. Schlussendlich bleibt zu sagen: Dieses Hotel schafft es nichtmal, the bare minimum zu gewährleisten, was man von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf und es scheint das Hotel selber auch null zu kümmern, wenn man als Gast nicht zufrieden ist.
ps. Wer ohne Auto anreist, ist völlig verloren. die Taxikosten sind immens, keine Taxometer sondern willkürliche Preise (höher als in der Schweiz!) und auch hier hat das Hotel keinerlei Lösung.

Außergewöhnliche Lage mit tollen Blicken über die Region! Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die großen Zimmer sind passend zum Palazzo klassisch eingerichtet, aber sehr schön. Das Essen im dazugehörigen Hotel ist ausgezeichnet.

L’emplacement et la vue sont slendides.
Le déjeuner était parfait et le personnel vraiment au top.
Les équipements sont vétustes et le spa/piscine n’étaient pas en fonction, dommage par rapport au prix de la chambre.. on s’attend à pouvoir utiliser toutes les commodités de l’établissement mais le compte n’y est pas.

The service was outstanding, very friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with recommendations. Communication was easy throughout our stay, and they made sure we felt comfortable at all times. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality products and great presentation. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great attention to detail, and the location is perfect for exploring the area.
The spa was closed during our stay. We were informed, but this wasn’t clearly stated before booking, which was a bit disappointing

Molto curato l’arredamento, ottima la colazione
La zona comune a piano terra del Palazzo Boeri , tra l’altro molto bella ed arredata con gusto , era purtroppo poco fruibile , perché il bar non era presidiato da personale ed inoltre era molto fredda rispetto alle camere , che invece erano molto ben riscaldate
