Pros:

Very nice modern hotel in centre of Aosta.
Pros:

Central location, very modern and comfortable hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Lifts are a bit basic - ended up taking stairs a few times as they never came. Only a shampoo dispenser in the shower/bath - no soap. And had to climb into back of bath to get to shower (couldn't move the shower screen)which was quite slippery so would have been dangerous for an elderly guest. The receptionist didn't seem particularly interested in this when I told her at check out especially as its something you wouldn't be aware of or expect before arriving at the hotel.
