Pros:

Pool was spotless and the outdoor hydro pool was great as one of the afternoons we were there the weather was dry.
Food in the restaurant was great and the staff were so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Elegant Hotel, Friendly helpful staff, very clean, we will certainly visit again.
Pros:

We had a quick dinner, The food was good and the staff extremely helpful. We did not have time for breakfast.
We found all the staff exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Our second stay in this hotel, not our last.
We had an issue with the shower in our room, this was promptly and efficiently dealt with.

Cons:

We did not like the push tap in the ensuite bathroom, That was awkward to use for brushing teeth ect.

Pros:

Lovely hotel. The reception area was very cosy, having pints by the fireplace on a rainy day.

Cons:

There's not a lot to do in tullamore, this hotel seems to be the life of the town. The Italian resteraunt wasn't the best.

Staff were really helpful and facilitating the location was great the place was very clean.

Cons:

The facilities are not up to a 4 star rating the telly was not a smart telly old and on the small side there was 3 stations. The food was basic but over priced portions were small 2 star food in a 4 star hotel.
The leisure center is dated and several of the facilities were not in use which was disappointing.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! I had a lovely irish breakfast that kept me going all day. I only stayed for one night and didnt really use the facilities.

Cons:

The room was very cold. even with the radiators turned up the room did not heat up. this also resulted in a bad nights sleep
