I liked the spa and hotel and staff were good
Our breakfast on the first morning was awful
Second time at this property. Great hotel.
Our room was far smaller than the first. Squashy. No where to put your bags.
The location and facilities are nice as well as the decoration of the entrance but that’s all
We didn’t have cold water in the bathroom. Only hot water and was very bad to wash face because we couldn’t change the temperature. The bed was not good and wasn’t comfortable. There was a iron burn mark on the carpet

Quality of of the rooms, cleanliness and nice food.
I didn't like the absence of proper disability access and having to get assistance to get into the hotel. The entrance comprises a flight of steps and is not serviced by a ramp and so disability access is via the spa entrance and a back door to the hotel lobby and late at night even this is entrance locked so some one able bodied has to request access while the disabled person who can't climb the steps to the hotel has to wait outside on the street . That really is unacceptable in this day and age. 😡

Auf der Terrasse wäre eine Auffrischung nötig.
Der SPA-Bereich ist der schlechteste den ich je gesehen habe. Garderobe muffelig, Schränklein können nicht abgeschlossen werden!!!
Der Pool hat an diverses Stellen unter Wasser defekte Stellen!
