We loved the location - very close to the train station and very easy to get around. Staff was kind and let us sit in the lobby for a bit before check in and held our luggage for a bit after our checking out.
Facilities are a bit dated, but still very clean! No coin laundry on-site and laundry service was quite expensive, so we just went to a laundromat nearby.

綺麗で居心地良かった。
冷房が壊れていた。そのうち冷房が効いてくるのだろうと、2時間ほど待って暑いのでフロントに言ったら、すぐに技術者を連れて直しに来たが20分くらいかかった。帰りに口頭で謝罪があっただけだった。
Hotellet ligger rimeligt godt placeret og har de faciliteter, som kan forvente af et hotel med 5 stjerner
Desværre skulle man betale utroligt meget for at få morgenmad, som i øvrigt ikke levede op til forventningerne på et 5 stjernet hotel. Man skulle også betale rigtigt meget for at bruge den store indendørs pool eller det meget lille fitnessrum.
