Pros:

飯店備品整體很貼心

Cons:

浴室門縫擋水條僅一公分高，加上浴室門縫大約三公分，沒有乾濕分離，洗澡都要特別小心，稍微噴到水外面的地毯就會濕掉，建議店家可以再做改善

I wouldn’t stay there a second time.
Pros:

The property is located close to the train station and has carpets inside that are pleasant to walk on. Nothing more.

Cons:

I didn’t like anything about this place. They consider themselves a 5-star hotel, yet they don’t even provide a complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is standard even in many 3-star hotels. The breakfast was awful and overpriced — I recommend going somewhere outside the hotel instead.

The scrambled eggs were like soup, the fruit was frozen solid, and the only bread options were toast and hamburger buns.

It was my first time encountering a duvet placed inside a sack-like cover — after turning over three times in bed, you end up covered with just a piece of the cover while the whole duvet slips out through the opening.

Charging guests extra to use the swimming pool in a 5-star hotel is ridiculous.

In my opinion, the owner is extremely stingy.

I’m not a demanding person and I rarely write reviews online, but this hotel is only defended by its location and should be rated 2–3 stars at most.

Pros:

送迎バスのスタッフさんの対応

Cons:

部屋、風呂場のよごれが見れたこと。
コーヒーカップの内側についていた汚れ。使えませんでした。
何より残念だったのは、後のお客様のためにカップの件をチェックアウトの際に伝えた際の対応です。
はい、と言いながらきちんと聴いていただいていないな、と感じたことです。
バイトかな、と家内と話してました。

Pros:

La localisation a 10 min de Kyoto station
La navette et le parking gratuit
Le confort de la chambre ( taille très correcte pour le Japon, bien équipée, propreté impeccable)

Cons:

Le côté un peu vieillot de l’hôtel , qui mériterait une belle rénovation pour être parfait
