Pros:

Mediocre hotel. Bathroom had a weird smell, bed was ok and breakfast was not that impressive.

Weit weg von einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer fühlen sich sehr klein an, Bettdecke ist eine Katastrophe. Wenig Annehmlichkeiten die man bei 5 Sternen erwarten würde

Pros:

Все удобно и хорошо, если кому необходима близость к станции. Звукоизоляция такая, что ночью поезда не мешают, прикольный крутящийся ресторан на верхнем этаже. Удобно, что каждые полчаса ходит автобус отеля до станции

Cons:

Не хватает адаптеров для розеток, дали два, нужно было три, пришлось покупать

Decent facilities but everything costs extra to what is advertised. Some rude staff, poor complaints handling.

Cons:

Pool cost $50 for one entry for 1 adult and 1 child, didn’t mention pool was an extra cost. Opted for breakfast included and paid for same, then had to pay each day for my child because that wasn’t included, however also wasn’t advertised that kids aren’t included in breakfast costs. My watch was also taken from my room by housekeeping staff, when I advised the hotel staff I was told they thought I must have lost it because their staff don’t touch peoples personal items. Some of the staff were also rude, even declined to let my small child into the pool because she had her swimmers as a top not a shirt over the top, sent her back to her room to cover up (she is 5 years old). However other staff were lovely, particularly the bellhops/concierge staff - they were amazing and went above and beyond.

Bad bedding and overpriced pool
Pros:

The location is ok. Close to the station. But a bit out from the action. So depends what you want.

Cons:

The room was dated. No enough pillows. Bedding was horrible. Suoer slippy and kept falling off the bed. No proper AC so was boiling. And the pool. Total rip off. Charging £15 for 1 visit to use the pool and basic facilities. I wouldn't have minded a bit of a fee but was completely over the top - should be included in the price for all hotel guests.

Pros:

Centrale locatie, mooie kamer. Het restaurant boven (panorama) is de moeite. De shuttle service handig. Ook de bar beneden is leuk.

Cons:

Extra betalen voor het zwembad vind ik overdreven in dit soort hotel aan de prijs die je betaalt.

Fantastica esperienza
Pros:

L'ottima posizione rispetto la stazione di Kyoto e la pulizia della stanza. La camera era davvero grande con corridoio che separava la stanza con i letti e il bagno. Inoltre la zona doccia/vasca era separata dai servizi igienici. Il personale davvero molto cordiale e professionale, davvero un'ottima esperienza.

Buffet is poor. Rooms clean.

Clean and well run.

Cons:

Buffet food was quite poor. Dreadfully cool food that paid lip service to an international breakfast. Eggs - only very sloppy scrambled and appallingly liquid omelette were available. Shock shown when a simple fried egg was requested.
