Good location close to Kyoto Station Staff is generally helpful and courteous.
This is a 3-star hotel at best. Rooms are showing signs of age and have no individual climate control. The bedding is very basic and not really comfortable. Breakfast is very crowded with only 1 omelette station and few food choices. The lineup at the coffee machine was up to 10 minutes. The food they have is mediocre to poor. While somewhat subjective, we found the prices in the bars and restaurants to be extremely high, definitely not justified given the quality of food and service.
The location is good.
The facilities like restaurants, room service, cleaning are very inefficient during busy period, like the cherry blossom. Looks like they have more rooms than staff to manage those rooms. And finally, for the first time in Japan, I saw a misbehaving front office staff.

Aged hotel, area is close to Kyoto station but still not in a good location, bathrooms are old with tiles style, bedsheets getting loose over night, interior seems old and tries to save on cleaning service

スタッフの皆さん対応は、とてもよかったです。チェックアウトしても、夜まで荷物預けて楽しんでください！と言っていただけて助かりました。
ウォーターサーバーは、沢山飲めるのはありがたいですが、やはり何度もボトル持っていくのは面倒でした。ルームクリーニングも、とてもキレイにしていただけたので感謝ですが、部屋が少し体臭臭さがあったのが残念でした。(しばらく空気清浄機をつけていたら消えましたが…)
ロビーにもう少し、座れる所があればよかったのですが…皆さん立って混み合っている感じにビックリしました。

Our room was clean.
We were away from everything so needed to travel by taxi to places. There are lovely restaurants in the hotel as long as you have the budget for them.
We were very disappointed that there was a fold out couch bed rather than an actual bed for the third guest. We were never advised that this is all there was going to be.
スタッフが多く、まごついているといつでも駆けつけてくれる体制でした。部屋も広くて静かにゆっくり過ごすことができました。
駅からのシャトルバスがありましたが、混んでる時間帯だったせいか2回ほど乗れませんでした。そんなに遠くはないけれど、もう少し頻繁にあると有り難いです。

Tudo maravilhoso. Equipe gentil e prestativa. Café da manhã com bastante variedade, tudo muito gostoso. Piscina aquecida e hidromassagem, sauna. Bem perto da estação de Kyoto e ainda tem ônibus gratuito pra levar pra estação!
