We had a hospital appointment at the QE The hotel was easy access to the hospital good eating places

Cons:

The only odd thing, which was a bit creepy was the fact that a hotel with hundreds of rooms and a "Banqueting Suite" never had more than 6 cars in the car park, to the extent that when we arrived, we thought it had shut down. It is a decent building, but seems to have been completely ignored or abandoned by all its former clients.

the property was decent I have been here several times but this time the guy at the reception was like we have changed our rule about the deposit you will need to come back the following day after check out to collect deposit which is hard because how can I come back when I live a few hours away he said yes you will need to return back for the deposit when the house keeper has checked the bedsheets which I think is ridiculous because the staff at the reception have went up themselves and checked my room and return my deposit after arguing with him for a while he did go up and checked the room and return my deposit I think if you have changed your rules explain it when I give my deposit to the hotel plus when I gave the deposit he made me sign the book and did not sign it himself which I find odd he said I will sign it after I think if I didn’t question this he would have kept my deposit
