Unica nota positiva la posizione della struttura.

Cons:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e purtroppo è stata una grande delusione. L’hotel è in fase di ristrutturazione, ma le camere – definite dallo staff “nuove” – si sono rivelate spoglie e poco confortevoli. Il bagno era vecchio e sporco, decisamente sotto gli standard.
Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è pessimo: non lo consiglierei a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e curato.

מלון נהדר במיקום מעולה
Pros:

פעם שניה במלון הזה והוא לא מאכזב. מלון מהודר בטעם של פעם. המלון נמצא בשיפוצים חלקיים אבל הם לא הפריעו לשהייה שלי. המיקום מעולה בתוך העיר וקרוב להכל. חדר מרווח ונקי אוחדר אמבטיה משופץ ורחב. הוואלה פארקינג עושה את הכל קל ופשוט. הצוות נפלא במיוחד זה שעוזר עם המזוודות והרכב. מצטערת שלא זוכרת את שמו

לא היו מים חמים במקלחת והברז בכיור דולף. לשמחתי גיליתי את זה רק בבוקר אז לא הרס את כל השהייה שלי רק מבאס לעשות מקלחת קרה...

Desayuno muy pobre. Te cobran 15€ por un tostada con aguacate. 10€ por una tortilla francesa. Increíble.

Cons:

La stanza presentava un malfunzionamento dell’impianto di aria condizionata che ha reso letteralmente impossibile la permanenza nella stessa per via della temperatura interna elevatissima. Alle nostre rimostranze ci è stata assegnata una nuova camera di dimensioni nettamente inferiori e che presentava un discutibile stato di manutenzione (armadio a muro scrostato internamente, cabina doccia che perdeva acqua e allagava il pavimento del bagno). Al momento del pagamento poi ci è stato detto che la nuova stanza era da considerarsi della stessa tipologia della precedente, pertanto il prezzo è rimasto invariato, anche se le dimensioni e lo stato di manutenzione della seconda camera non erano paragonabili a quella originaria né compatibili con la categoria dell’albergo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo scarso.

A la prossimma!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. But the big takeaway was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff they were excellent. Especially reception. Also the Spa is stunning.

Cons:

The breakfast. We arrived at 10.00am and there was very little left of the hot breakfast it was clearly run down despite breakfast being served until 10.30am
