We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg.
Luggage can be store for a small fee: $2 per bag for early arrival and $3 per bag after the check out.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Individuals under the age of 18 can only stay at the Hostel when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the same room.

Clean, close to timesquare, excelent service
The bathroom

The rooms didn’t have mini fridges
The room was duck taped up around the window and it was falling off
The air con was extremely loud even when turned off we couldn’t even hear the tv over it
The phone in our room didn’t work to call reception when we needed help
The staff was rude when we checked in just told us to tap a card for a deposit I would assume but didn’t actually say then handed 2 room cards on the beach and walked away, didn’t tell us what floor or how to get there.
Didn’t tell us where the water station in the building was located and when we went back down the lady at the bar immediately said no no no as we where holding our drink bottles and didn’t fill them up for us just rudely said go to level 4

Staff was courteous and helpful.
Window AC not installed well that was letting both light and sound in. Being so close to Times Square, there wasn’t a lot of insulation with respect to sound and I kept getting woken up at night. I couldn’t draw the blinds all the way as the only way to do it was to block the AC- poor positioning of AC. The TV was perpendicular to the bed- no real way of watching the TV so it was just an accessory. Water wasn’t provided. No refrigerator. And I wasn’t even provided a double bed- more like a twin bed which is not worth the cost or comparable hotel options nearby.

The manager was understanding and did not push back at all when we requested a refund. He kindly volunteered to speak to Booking.com to authorize the refund.
There was mold on the walls, the curtain chain was broken, the facilities were very condensed. The building and the rooms need modernization. Windows need to be replaced with noise reduction ones. You can clearly hear all the noise. They are very old. The wall moldings .... everything old and odd. Felt like a motel bedroom. The lighting in the hallway was so dim it felt like a haunted house. Very creepy.
