We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg.

Luggage can be store for a small fee: $2 per bag for early arrival and $3 per bag after the check out.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Individuals under the age of 18 can only stay at the Hostel when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the same room.

Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancelation of the booking with no refund. Cons:

If you are looking for a fancy hotel - this is not it. It’s clean, a bed to sleep in and a place to shower. Location is fantastic and they have a nice coffee shop downstairs.

Close and convenient location, but not worth it, will not return due to room conditions.

Mold in AC unit, which was on and blowing. Room was cold, heat didn't work. Dirty tissues left in bathroom. No hand towels no wash clothes no tissues. Rooms are old, need renovations, and falling apart. Gross.

Buena ubicación y personal, pero mala habitación.

La ubicación desde luego es fantástica. Pero la habitación no corresponde a un hotel de estas características según todos los viajes que he hecho. Creo que puede ser una cuestión de un mantenimiento malo.

Cons:

La habitación, esta en malas condiciones de mantenimiento. La ventana no cerraba del todo siendo el ruido y temperatura relativamente incomodas. Así mismo no podemos tener el dato de que en frente hubieran obras, pero desde luego no ha sido nada cómodo estar con ruidos horas. No se nos informó en recepcion, aunque no podemos cambiar la situación al menos haber sido informados y después de instalarnos nos encontramos con que no paraban de trabajar en la obra de enfrente. No se el estado del resto de habitaciones pero desde luego la mío no era la más cómoda.

A great stay made better by the staff
Pros:

The location was perfect, the room was comfortably spacious for a New York hotel, but the staff was second to none. They were more than accommodating and helpful offering insight and recommendations as well as hyping up a 12 year old both emotionally and physically to go to a concert!

Cons:

Elevators sound like they were ready to fall at any moment. (This may be normal in New York but the first time I have ever experienced it so made me a little nervous)
