I imagine this hotel is what hell must feel like.
Pros:

Nothing, the place was horrendous. Had to be moved twice. Ended up leaving at 5am as the hotel was that bad.

Cons:

The place needs shutting down. Shower was broken and toilet would not flush. The biggest pipe ever was running through the room and it felt I was on an oil rig. I reported the issues, toilet got fixed and the shower did not. I went back to reception to ask why shower was not fixed. Receptionist mentioned her computer had turned German and she could not read the repairs log. Got offered another room. The other room was just as bad and stunk of weed. Got another room with the worst bed and the floorboards that felt I was going to fall through. Don't ever stay in this hotel and if you do, make sure you are upto date with your tetanus jabs.

Enjoyable and spaciouse.
Pros:

I liked the hotel over all

Cons:

I think the price was abit steep for what we got. The room was nice plenty big enough and clean, the view was spectacular. Although the breakfast was a good spread some of the items were cold and dry. I would attempt to be there a little earlier in future.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely lovely and was quick enough to sort things
The bar staff also was lovely.

Cons:

1. The food choices were limited for what you pay for and some of the things we're cold which is unacceptable.
2 the safety locks on one of the windows was brocken and I had 3 younge children (room 326)
3. The door at the room would not close properly unless forced closed.

I paid £400 and would not pay that again its not justified for
