Poolside Per Session: GBP 2.50 for an adult, children under 12 years of age - free of charge.
Gymnasium Per Session GBP 3.00. No under 16's permitted in the Gymnasium.
Spindles Weekly Pass (allows access to the Spindles Leisure Club for up to one week): GBP 10.00 for an adult and children over 12 years of age, poolside and under 12 years of age free of charge,
Spindles weekly Gymnasium Pass GBP 10.00 for an adult over 16 years of age. No under 16's permitted in the Gymnasium.
Towels are available for hire at a cost of GBP 1.50.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted in the gymnasium.
Swimming rations in the pool - under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a swimming adult (1 adult: 2 children), 12 - 16 years of age must be accompanied by a swimming adult (1adult: 4 children).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. So the location for me was a big surprise I didn't realized how far it was from train station but we arrive at the hotel we check in with friendly lady on the desk it goes smooth they where so welcoming .The room we had for 2 single beds with sea views was very good size we had enough space to walk around not being at each other view .beds very comfy clean the lights reachable on top of each beds, working tv and tea and coffee clean kettle .Bathroom very good size clean they had soap and shower gel dispensers maybe the carpet could be more modern more neutral (ours was bright red black and white with a pattern all around ).Over all I did enjoy the room for the price I paid base on 2 nights stay .The hotel it's very big and have a lot to offer and beautiful quiet surrounding perfect for a break and unwind on sea front . We also love the entertainment karaoke and bingo and bar downstairs great option if you want to stay in .Thank You
It's not much I can fault to be fair .The only think I could say it's the queues in the reception for me was a issues being there first time and want it to find something out or get extra coffee or go report issue with TV needed upgrading at our arrival or we wasn't sure how to sign up for swimming facilities and queue to ask was a long wait at all the time and I wish there will be separate desk for people check in and for people who stay and are want advice or anything to not loose so much time while on short stay (we should use the telephone in the room but didn't say what number to choose and it wasn't obvious to me being first time in this big size of hotel ) . even though I check in before I arrive I still have to wait in long queue to get the key cards .Just to add the people on the reception was brilliant and try to do best as they can no any fault in the staff they was amazing just the actual existing system didn't work for me . it should be someone around entrance to ask questions if you unsure and want help in my opinion .
The bed was reasonably comfortable. The bar facilities were okay.
Arrived at the hotel and the room was not ready. I had to wait until 3:30pm. I then checked into the room to find there was NO SOAP or shower gel provided. There was also only one pillow each. Some staff and managers were very entitled and unhelpful, which I think is very poor for customer service.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff
I didn’t end up staying at the hotel due to the room looking like a building site. They couldn’t offer me another family room as there wasn’t any available. Cost me £200 for the night but in my opinion it wasn’t worth that much to stay anyway. I ended up at another hotel which was cheaper and way better

Spacious room, clean. Friendly staff. Tram stop outside. Large car park. Didn’t eat at the hotel so unable to rate that. Bar was pleasant. Sea view although didn’t book a sea view.

It was very cheap
Room small and very cold and the water was not hot at all lots of kids was runnimg abouit with no parerebts about staff on reception was very rude not helpful at all they would be better suited working in Mcdolands
Nothing about the hotel was good
The noise from other guests was so bad we did nt sleep for 4 nights staff were nt helpful and our room was so dirty it was disgusting
The size of the room
The room was damp and wet and had the heating on full blast which was too hot. When we went to the reception and advised them of this they told us to buy a fan. I went there with my family so we had children there but the other children where just running around everywhere door knock a door run very uncomfortable experience never again
