Pros:

The staff was brilliant happy and polite

Cons:

It could of been cleaner on the row our room was on room 20 a wine glass was out side a room until the day we left bobbles/hair grips outside rooms bits all over the floor even though cleaners had been cleaning that day as a cleaner myself I don't find that to standard
Beer prices could be cheaper as they are in other places in Blackpool

Pros:

Location was fine. Loved the history of the castle.

Cons:

My room had a poor view like a prison cell. No sky. Just walls and a very depressing look from the window.

Terok Norbreck.
Pros:

Good value hotel, friendly staff, the room was small but clean and has obviously seen some attention recently but still in the works (Bathroom flooring looked newer then the bath which was a bit rough). Stayed for a trek convention, for the price its hard to give criticisms.

Cons:

Some corridors and areas of the hotel are a little tired, some doors make alot of noise and slam shut at the slightest touch, others need strength to move,
