Nothing
It was absolutely filthy & run down.
Location
Had to move room as the bed was broken when we arrived
Overall good for price
The bedding was thin and the pillows were rubbish but budget hotel worth the stay
Rooms smell and are dirty stains on the bed and towels and there was stains in the toilet
How the staff handled my complaint
Everything really enjoyed, breakfast super and dinner
Everything great smart .i really enjoyed my time with family
The entertainment is brilliant always something to do
Could do with a deep clean
The staff was brilliant happy and polite
It could of been cleaner on the row our room was on room 20 a wine glass was out side a room until the day we left bobbles/hair grips outside rooms bits all over the floor even though cleaners had been cleaning that day as a cleaner myself I don't find that to standard
Beer prices could be cheaper as they are in other places in Blackpool
Location was fine. Loved the history of the castle.
My room had a poor view like a prison cell. No sky. Just walls and a very depressing look from the window.
Cleaner was lovely and very helpful
Swimming staff was very very rude
Over all hotel isn't great and I would not stay here again
Good value hotel, friendly staff, the room was small but clean and has obviously seen some attention recently but still in the works (Bathroom flooring looked newer then the bath which was a bit rough). Stayed for a trek convention, for the price its hard to give criticisms.
Some corridors and areas of the hotel are a little tired, some doors make alot of noise and slam shut at the slightest touch, others need strength to move,
