Pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

Spacious and ideal location for the front.

Cons:

The property was a bit tired inside and out. Room was really hot, even with the window open. The shower took a while to run hot in the mornings.

Pros:

We like the location. The staff is lovely. The rooms are always clean. And we like the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi area.

Cons:

This time when we went, the Jacuzzi was not working, but we know it’s not their fault

The 2 time l have de there l havet had no heaton thay have go and got a electric radiators l would like sum of my money back for wot my famile at to go through my husband is not well l thot this holiday would do him go becos l do not now if he well be he next year . It was not worth the money at all .

great stay as always just really disappointed with room could do with a complete overhaul to freshen

great location, food really nice especially evening meals, friendly staff room was clean.

Cons:

We stayed in 'Penthouse' very dull and outdated. size was really good and was very clean. No Heating just small portable electric radiators that were not fit for purpose. Definitely needs a total refresh

Lovely staff, lovely food, beautiful building and great spa.
Pros:

Jeri and Bev on reception were sooo nice and helpful! I am disabled partially sighted and they were great! Food good. Lovely attentive dining room staff. Beautiful building and spa was excellent.

Cons:

Bit far from everywhere if you have no transport. But frequent trams just outside hotel.

Paint work all peaked of in toilet
No toiletries like picture showed
Duvet was all stained which I only discovered when stripped the bed before I left like I always do at any hotel
Couldn't use pool tables as they was doing work in that area
