Spindles Health & Leisure Club Prices:
Poolside Per Session: GBP 2.50 for an adult, children under 12 years of age - free of charge.
Gymnasium Per Session GBP 3.00. No under 16's permitted in the Gymnasium.
Spindles Weekly Pass (allows access to the Spindles Leisure Club for up to one week): GBP 10.00 for an adult and children over 12 years of age, poolside and under 12 years of age free of charge,
Spindles weekly Gymnasium Pass GBP 10.00 for an adult over 16 years of age. No under 16's permitted in the Gymnasium.
Towels are available for hire at a cost of GBP 1.50.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted in the gymnasium.
Swimming rations in the pool - under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a swimming adult (1 adult: 2 children), 12 - 16 years of age must be accompanied by a swimming adult (1adult: 4 children).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The entertainment
The room was dirty had no heating my 5 month old was freezing the game room was closed all the time we was there for the 4 days the movie room was never had film on at the right time like it said that what I took my children there for in the holidays

The room was not clean at all dust above the bed. Toilet was all full poop and pee on seat sick was dirty awful
Outside of the building
No vending machines working to buy soft drinks, no soft drinks or water at evening meal times other than tea/coffee so had to buy from shop or the bar, carlsberg larger from the bar tasted like dish water, kids running from one end of the bar area to the other knocking tables & chairs over at entertainment evening no staff or security saying anything not 1 staff member looked happy to be working there it was the mist depressing place

The location was ideal for me, out of Blackpool centre, but accessible if needed. The room was sufficient for my needs and affordable. A very busy hotel with lots of entertainment options, if you want them. I didn't use them, as not what I wanted for my stay.
I simply used this as a base and for that purpose it was fine.
The hotel, overall is looking tired and could do with refurbushing in parts. The room was fairly basic, but sufficient for using as a base. Cleanliness of the room and areas of the hotel could do with a more focused approach, hairs in the bath wasn't a pleasant thing to find and the lift floor needs a good scrub, as does some of the paintwork and carpets etc.
