According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests traveling with pets are required to present a valid vaccination document of the animal upon check in. Please contact the property for further details.

When booking more than 4 rooms, a prepayment will be requested. In case the prepayment is not performed within the deadline, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Estadía simplemente maravillosa!!

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Deville fue simplemente extraordinaria. Desde el primer momento, el personal mostró una atención impecable, siempre amable, profesional y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitara. Las instalaciones estaban impecables: habitaciones amplias, cómodas y muy limpias, con todos los detalles que uno espera para una estadía realmente relajante.
Piscinas increíbles ya que son amplias, limpias y muy buena temperatura.
Desayuno 10 de 10, con todo lo que nos gusta y necesitábamos.

Los espacios comunes son acogedores y bien cuidados, y el ambiente general del hotel transmite tranquilidad y calidad. Además, los servicios ofrecidos superaron mis expectativas, haciendo que cada día fuera cómodo y sin preocupaciones.
En resumen, mi estadía fue genial en todo sentido. Disfruté cada parte de la experiencia y definitivamente recomiendo el Hotel Deville a cualquier persona que esté buscando un lugar donde sentirse bien atendida y disfrutar de una excelente calidad.

O atendimento da área kids deixa muito a desejar. Em dias diferetes, chamava o garçom pelo aparelho disponivel na mesa , mas eles nunca apareciam. Todas as vezes tivemos que ir até o bar ou até o garçom para fazer nosso pedido. Fora isso, ainda teve pedido que não foi lançado, e ficamos esperando.

Piscinas, parque aquático infantil, café da manhã, quarto; cama, chuveiro e atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

A recreação das crianças poderia ser mais animada e a brinquedoteca merece melhorar os brinquedos, mais opções. Alimentação cara: os petiscos da piscina são bem caros e poucas opções, o valor das bebidas alcoólicas altíssimos (ex: cerveja longneck 19,00). No restaurante o valor dos pratos também são caros, porém, fartos e gostosos.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour
Pros:

L’endroit est magnifique, avec beaucoup d’espaces verts. L’aire pour enfants ainsi que le planning d’activités qui leur est dédié sont tout simplement incroyables (les meilleurs que nous ayons connus jusqu’ici), sans pour autant négliger le confort des couples sans enfants et des personnes célibataires.

Il y a également des espaces détente pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter du calme. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est aussi un vrai plus.

Il est très loin du centre ville et Pelourinho (30-40min)
