Guest expenses will be charged to a tab for 7 days or until it reaches BRL 2.000, after which point the total tab amount must be cleared.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests traveling with pets are required to present a valid vaccination document of the animal upon check in. Please contact the property for further details.

When booking more than 4 rooms, a prepayment will be requested. In case the prepayment is not performed within the deadline, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Há nelhores opções em Salvador pela metade do preço

Café da manhã, roupas de cama e banho e atendimento da recepção.

Cons:

Com diária de quase mil reais o hotel deveria se preocupar em saber o gosto musical do público que quer atrair. Banda de samba e pagode na piscina é polêmico (o mesmo para som mecânico). Deveriam optar por músicas mais neutras (Bossa Nova, instrumental etc.). Falta curadoria de qualidade. Fora isso o hotel está com obra no bar e lobby, com um cheiro horrível e barulho, sendo que não avisou no ato da reserva e nem abateu proporcionalmente o preço. Sugiro que o hotel procure entender o público que quer atrair para oferecer um serviço compatível com o valor que cobra, que eh preço de hotel all inclusive no Caribe. Não recomendo sair do hotel pq eh bastante perigoso (assaltos). Nota sobre o estacionamento e o restaurante: tudo extremamente caro.

Pros:

Estrutura de lazer excelente! Espaço kids muito bom! Café da manhã excelente! Banheiro moderno, chuveiro ótimo! Quarto confortável! Área verde de natureza ótima! Ambiente silencioso.

Uma grata surpresa. Voltarei com certeza.
Pros:

Pontos positivos: piscina; bom parque aquático e recreação diária para crianças; comida excelente, inclusive do buffet; boas instalações do restaurante; equipe bem treinada, tudo que foi solicitado foi atendido com agilidade; boas instalações do quarto. Embora o hotel seja um edifício antigo, percebe-se que as instalações internas estao boas e modernas, contando com boa manutenção. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Pontos negativos: o check-in foi bastante demorado, não entendi o motivo, pois as diárias já estavam pagas, não sei se o sistema estava lento ou algo do tipo. Preço bastante elevado do cardápio. No sábado, havia uma grande quantidade de pessoas nas mesas da piscina e o serviço do bar da piscina estava lento e um pouco atrapalhado; nos demais dias ja melhorou, o que leva a concluir que o bar da piscina "bate cabeça" quando há uma demanda maior.

Pros:

Eu e minha família estamos bem satisfeitos com nossa estadia. Tudo estava muito bom, desde a recepção as piscinas. Os funcionários muito bem preparados para lidar com os hóspedes. Limpeza dos quartos, conforto e uma comida deliciosa. Tudo estava muito bom ! Excelente para levar crianças
