According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests traveling with pets are required to present a valid vaccination document of the animal upon check in. Please contact the property for further details.

When booking more than 4 rooms, a prepayment will be requested. In case the prepayment is not performed within the deadline, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Capacitação dos profissionais, limpeza e decoração dos apartamentos , estrutura em geral muito bem cuidada. Café da manhã com uma variedade e qualidade infinitas. Imbatível.

No descritivo da nossa reserva no booking continha vista para o mar, porém fomos acomodados num apartamento que tinha uma vista bem parcial para o mar. Era voltada para o estacionamento e a vista da praia ficava como segundo plano

Pros:

Fomos para curtir o hotel com as crianças. A área do hotel, piscina e atividades são ótimas para as criança e a comida também é boa.

Cons:

Meu quarto e outros do andar estavam com cheiro forte de mofo que vinha do armário. O teto do box também estava com macha de mofo e isso nos incomodou. Outra vez fiquei em andar mais alto e não tinha esse cheiro.

Fantastic value for money! It was worth every single penny!

Place looks exactly as you can see on the photos, and the plus that you can’t see is how kind, generous, polite and courteous is the staff from the hotel, and I’m talk about all of them, from the door men that helped us with our luggage upon arrival until the lady that was making tapiocas, crepiocas and omelettes at the restaurant during our breakfast (and the quality and variety of the food was fantastic, fabulous and unique) I can’t say about lunch and dinner once the only meals I had at the hotel was the breakfast.

Cons:

I don’t have a singles negative word or any other thing to say about it. Once again, it was perfect.
