According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.
Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests traveling with pets are required to present a valid vaccination document of the animal upon check in. Please contact the property for further details.
When booking more than 4 rooms, a prepayment will be requested. In case the prepayment is not performed within the deadline, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

O café da manhã e o restaurante , fraco , o bufete do almoço e do jantar têm pouca qualidade .

Muito boa a piscina. Destaque para a área kids (picina com tobogã, escorregador, balde que enche e cai). Muito bom os produtos do café da manhã. Localização muito boa, próximo de Stella Maris.
Dois pontos não agradaram tanto: 1 - o espaço para se servir no buffet do café da manhã é bastante apertado (no domingo, o hotel estava bastante cheio e atrapalhou um pouco); 2 - não vejo necessidade de um hotel cobrar pelo estacionamento, já que o hóspede já paga pela diária.
