According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.
Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests traveling with pets are required to present a valid vaccination document of the animal upon check in. Please contact the property for further details.
When booking more than 4 rooms, a prepayment will be requested. In case the prepayment is not performed within the deadline, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Gostei muito da infraestrutura do hotel, muito completo, como um resort. Bar, restaurante, piscina, área de jacuzzi na piscina, café da manhã, pista de treino, academia, playground, natureza por todos os lados, pássaros...
Não gostei da água fria da piscina.

Os quartos sao bem grandes
O cafe da manha nao estava bom. Ha hoteis 3 estrelas com melhor comida. O hitel esta um pouco datado e a arrumacao de quarto tambem nao é de um hotel 4 estrelas. Eu nao voltaria a esse hotel.
Grosszügiges Hotel, toller Park mit vielen sehr gepflegten Sport Möglichkeiten, besonders auch für Kinder, Pools etc. Super Frühstück, Abends teilweise sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Buffet. A la carte auch sehr gut.
Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer; Klimaanlage recht laut.
O hotel é excelente! Quarto e cama confortáveis. Boa roupa de cama e toalhas. Tudo muito limpo. A área comum do hotel é ampla, com diversos espaços e muito agradável, especialmente para crianças. Café da manhã também excelente! Recomendo muito.
Gostei de tudo, apenas acho que podem ter mais opções de alimentação. Principalmente no bar da piscina.
A acomodação sempre supera nossa expectativa cada vez que vamos.O quarto é amplo, extremamente confortável, muito bem decorado e impecavelmente limpo. A cama e as roupas de cama proporcionam uma excelente noite de descanso, e todos os detalhes foram pensados para oferecer conforto e praticidade, inclusive tem um menu de travesseiros para escolher o que mais se adequa para seu conforto na hora de dormir.
O ambiente é elegante, acolhedor e transmite uma agradável sensação de tranquilidade. O banheiro é espaçoso, bem equipado e sempre muito limpo. Além disso, a organização, a manutenção e o cuidado com cada detalhe demonstram o alto padrão do hotel.
Foi tudo perfeito, mais uma vez superou nossas expectativas.

Obras para tudo quanto é lado, muita poeira, serviço de piscina ruim, custo benefício ruim (muito caro, pra pouco). Sem monitoria para criança.
