According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests traveling with pets are required to present a valid vaccination document of the animal upon check in. Please contact the property for further details.

When booking more than 4 rooms, a prepayment will be requested. In case the prepayment is not performed within the deadline, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Quarto muito bom, espaçoso, bem decorado e com bela vista.

Foi meu aniversário de casamento e fizeram uma decoração especial e colocaram um cartão com calda de chocolate com morangos! Amei o mimo e a delicadeza dada pelo Deville! Gostamos muito!!

É a segunda vez que fico. Fiquei no quarto com vista pro mar. Ganha um turno gratuito no bangalô e café expresso no quarto.

Gosto do quarto, chuveiro, piscina, restaurante da piscina, buffet de feijoadas... o jantar também é bom!

Gosto da academia que fica dentro do complexo também.

Cons:

A música da piscina praiada é um axé alto ininterrupto que fica cansativo.

Existe uma ressalva à presença de crianças na piscina do bangalô que não foi respeitada.

O café da manhã é ok. Achei a moça do omelete/tapioca pouco simpática também, mas talvez esteja só diferente do resto da equipe.

O pessoal da piscina não é muito amigável, a recepcionista ficou de entrar em contato comigo via Whatsapp quando meu quarto tivesse pronto e não entrou. Pedi uma água, e quando fui olhar o copo tava cheio de bagaço de laranja. Faltou limpeza. A qualidade dos sorvetes também era muito inferior. Algumas áreas precisam de reforma, principalmente o banheiro do lobby.

Achei o custo benefício maravilhoso, hotel lindo, alegre, piscinas gostosas, café da manhã muito gostoso, todos atendentes muito simpáticos e educados. Me hospedaria novamente.

O hotel é um pouco longe de tudo, mas mesmo assim achamos que valeu a pena, acho que poderia melhorar um pouco na limpeza dos quartos, toalhas, e conforto de travesseiros.

O hotel fica num parque belíssimo! Oferece muitas opções de lazer para crianças e adultos. Possui uma academia completa, área para caminhadas, piscinas e um parque aquático para crianças. O café da manhã, incluído na diária, é excelente. O restaurante do hotel serve pratos bem preparados, além de um farto buffet self service. Meu agradecimento especial à nutricionista do Deville - Clarissa. Recebi dela todo o suporte para minha dieta sem glúten. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis e profissionais. O chuveiro é fantástico! Quarto espaçoso e toalhas de banho grandes.
