Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel !
L’emplacement est idéal, avec tous les commerces et commodités à proximité. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Chaque membre de l’équipe prend le temps d’expliquer les choses clairement et avec le sourire.
Il y a toujours quelqu’un à la réception, quelle que soit l’heure, ce qui est très rassurant. Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents, variés et de grande qualité.
La propreté est irréprochable : les chambres sont parfaitement entretenues chaque jour. Dès l’entrée dans l’hôtel, on est accueilli par une agréable sensation de fraîcheur, de propreté et de confort. Un grand merci aux réceptionnistes ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.
Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Biz king balkonlu delüx oda ve exutive oda aldık, bizim büyük balkonlu oda genişliği idare eder gibiydi, ancak king odadan beklediğim performans ve konfor yoktu mini barlar boştu buda ilk kez yaşadığımız bir deneyimdi, her akşam odaya çıkarken su almak istemek zorunda kaldım. Tuvalet çok çok küçüktü ve el yıkamak için banyoya gitmek zorunda kalıyordunuz , bizde duş alırken bir tazdik sorunu yoktu, ama kızlarımın odasında oldukça az akıyormuş su
Daha önce best western paris 'te kaldık oldukça konforlu ve lüks bir deneyim yaşadık, bu otelde best westen adını götünce zincir olabileceğini düşündük ve rezervasyonu bu doğrultuda yaptırdık

This hotel is very nice, as long as you get one of the nicer rooms! Perfect location for everything!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, good variety and fresh.
The lobby was very nice and the staff was friendly and accomodatimg. This hotel, as long as you get a nice room, is quite nice to stay at and the perfect location for everything!! Quick walk to beach, restaurants, trains/bus, shopping! I would consider staying here again.

Cons:

The room we initially had did NOT match the booking.com photos of room we booked. Was awful and smaller, very uncomfortable pillows, tiny shower head, rotten egg smell in room, carpet looked awful and very old. No bathroom counters for our toiletries. After speaking with manager, he put us in room that matched closer to what we booked. Rooms do look nicer on booking.com photos.

Śniadanie ok, miła obsługa. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra

Cons:

Kiepski servis, pokój DeLux z balkonem brudny balkon, pokój też, podłoga nie odkurzana, brak w łazience szamponu, odżywki, nie uzupełniany papier toaletowy, body loton , mydło itp. Trzeba było o wszystko prosić w recepcji.
Czysta pościel !!
Podobno to hotel cztero-gwiazdkowy ? Cena nie adekwatna do otrzymanej usługi.
