Great hotel and enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were friendly. I enquired about parking before travel and the staff replied promptly and booked in for me.

Breakfast times were excellent serving until 11am.

Cons:

Would have been better if we had rooms closer to each other but appreciate hotel was busy and therefore not always easy to accommodate.

Had to keep resetting wifi connection everyday which was a little frustrating

Personel hotelu zasługuje na 10/10 :)
Wszyscy, bez wyjątku byli naprawdę uprzejmi i pomocni. Na plus zasługuje również doskonała lokalizacja, plac Massena położony jest zaledwie 2 minuty od hotelu.
Kolejnym plusem jest komfort łóżka i poduszek.

Cons:

Pokoje są dość stare, widać po nich upływ czasu. Warto byłoby je odnowić :)
Drugą kwestią jest śniadanie, jest zbyt mało stolików w porównaniu do liczby gości, a posiłki nie dą zbyt urozmaicone

La posizione

Cons:

La camera al retro del primo piano e fuori dalla finestra un cortile abbandonato con ol muro a pochi metri. Ogni tanto di notte si accendeva il compressore dell'AC evidentemente specifico per quella camera. Non fantastico per un albergo di 4 stelle a più di trecento euro la notte per una coppia.

Pros:

The hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible by public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is plentiful and tasty. The room was a decent size with a very large bed. The toilet and shower are in separate areas off the main bedroom. There's a desk with a mini fridge and a small round table and chairs. The room has a safe in it too for valuables.

Cons:

The toilet area was quite tight and small and may not suit everyone, also the sink was to wash your hands was in the separate shower area.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was good

Cons:

The room was worn, aged, and damaged. the air-conditioning was a problem, as well as damp issues. Overpriced for the quality of the room. Bathroom was dated and tired.
