The hotel receptionists were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were if a decent size. The hotel is situated close enough to beach, old town and trams. The downside was the breakfast, constantly needing to ask for things to be refreshed as it had run out, bread, yoghurt, plates etc most of the food was ok, the 'bacon' left a lot to be desired, cheap packet ham warmed through olis not bacon. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and chewy. Overall the hitel was good, but the breakfast not worth paying extra for.

This is my 4th time at this hotel. Always a pleasure, front desk is always friendly, professional and provides amazing service. Location is excellent close to everything and walking distant to old town, the sea, restaurants and shopping. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff was friendly. The property was close to restaurants and transportation. The breakfast buffet was really good. The only thing is the shower and bathroom were very small.

Clean and modern… room was larger than expected for such a congested town… very walkable to everything… valet parking was great as the streets are narrow… I don’t recommend driving around there…. Beach just a short walk down the street… don’t expect a sandy beach.. pebbles only
This hotel was in the most perfect location. It was clean and staff was friendly. They checked us in early which was nice after a long flight. The only downside was there is a club on same street like a few doors down and there was noise all night long. We had to buy ear plugs to sleep even though our room was 5 stories up.

Very walkable, hotel is slightly dated but that does not dampen anything. It was an amazing stay thanks to breakfast and front desk staff.
Fantastic experience. Location is wonderful, staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and we had a beautiful terrace. Highly recommended. It was our anniversary and they decorated the room for us as well.
