It was pleasant. The personnel was exceptionally friendly.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig. Es hatte sogar ein kleines Sofa. Personl war immer nett.

Cons:

Vom Frühstück hätte ich von einem 4Stern Hotel mehe erwartet. Es hatte so das übliche, aber nicht mehr. Man hätte es auch etwas schöner herrichten können.
Im Frühstücksraum war es unangenehm ruhig, da es viele Alleinreisende hatte. Etwas Hintergrundmusik hätte ich sehr geschätzt.

Perfekte Umgebung für einen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Sehr stilvolles, individuelles Haus mit wunderschönem Lichthof in der Mitte und sehr schönem, großen Zimmer und sehr großer Dusche in einem modernen Bad. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Lage in Bahnhofs- und Metronähe, kostenlose Parkplätze (nach Verfügbarkeit)

A good place for business trips
Pros:

This is always a really nice place to stay for business in Lausanne, as it is cosy, friendly, in a really good location, and the staff is very friendly and supportive. An elegant place to stay, shortly put.

Cons:

The breakfast selection is extremely scarce, with very few options and the staff is not making sure in proper time to replace the missing food.
