Pros:

The location is wonderful! If you want an easy walk to and from the train station, this hotel is highly recommended! The rooms are very comfortable, extremely clean and the breakfast was very tasty! We would definitely stay here again and we would recommend it!

I am very satisfied with Amadeus Hotel and highly recommend!
Pros:

The property is superbly located with lots of restaurants to choose from just a few feet away. The metro, vaparetto and gondola rides are easily accessible within a 5 minute walk.The continental breakfast offers a wide of array of savories. My room was clean, spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking a garden. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend!

Cons:

The bathroom could use brighter lights. I ended up applying my makeup in the larger room which has ample lighting.

No Air conditioning
Pros:

I'm giving this hotel 2 star because our stay was very disappointing. We visited Venice during very hot weather, and our room did not have working air conditioning (or no air conditioning at all). It made the room extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in.
The service was just average. The staff weren't particularly welcoming or friendly, and overall we didn't feel valued as guests.
I can't say whether all of the rooms are like this, but it felt as though we were given one of the lowest-quality rooms in the hotel. Based on our experience, I wouldn't choose to stay here again or recommend it to others, especially during the summer months.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.

First, the soundproofing is extremely poor. I could clearly hear conversations, footsteps, and noise from neighboring rooms, which made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Second, the room photos are misleading. The listing shows rooms with a bathtub, but apparently whether you get one or not is purely a matter of luck. My room only had a shower, which was disappointing since I had specifically expected a bathtub based on the photos.

Another unpleasant surprise was that the bottled water in the room was not complimentary. At a 4-star hotel, I would expect at least basic drinking water to be provided free of charge.

The worst part of my stay, however, happened after I checked out. I accidentally left my iPhone charger and MacBook fast charger on the bed. I am 100% certain they were left in the room. I realized it the same day and called the hotel immediately so that my friend, who lives in Venice, could stop by and collect them for me.

What disappointed me most was that the staff didn’t even seem willing to spend one minute checking the room. They immediately told me that nothing had been found. A MacBook fast charger is not inexpensive, and I find it unacceptable that a 4-star hotel would handle a guest’s lost belongings in such an unprofessional way. Whether it was negligence or something else, the complete lack of effort to investigate was extremely disappointing.

Overall, this was a very poor experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

locatie was prima, aan begin van venetie, handig ivm sjouwen met koffers vanaf busstation.
Toilet spoelde hele tijd door, snel gefixed door medewerkers. Koffers werden naar kamer gedragen, superhandig. Ontbijt was prima. Koffers mochten ook nog blijven staan op dag van vertrek, dus overall prima, dikke duim van ons

op de foto's ziet het er altijd mooier uit ;) Wel klein beetje gedateerd, maar ach heel venetie is oud, dus dat zat wel goed:)

A lovely hotel
Pros:

A great location and we loved our room , which overlooked the pedestrianised street with pretty shutters as well as glass windows which also opened up .Loveky traditional decor but with modern bathroom ,shower and amenities .Great big television and a lovely breakfast with hot and cold food A loveky courtyard garden too if you wanted to sit outside .Veey clean ,lift to all floors .

Muy buena estancia, la ubicación muy central para recorrer Venecia caminando hacia cualquier dirección.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena para llegar o salir en tren. También llegar en transporte público desde el aeropuerto es muy central y fácil de encontrar.

Cons:

Desayunar a las 7am no es muy recomendado si hay mucha gente, porque si lo huevos se agotan no los reembolsan pronto.

Venezia molto calda come il resto dell’Europa. Ma sempre meravigliosa.

La posizione vicino alla stazione

Cons:

La stanza non veniva pulita perfettamente. Per terra c’erano pezzi di intonaco che cadevano dal muro . L’aria condizionata era rumorosa . E c’erano zanzare . Alcune uccise sul muro .

Pros:

Hotel was clean, comfortable and a good location. Very venice style. A little tired in places but functional. Breakfast was good. Biggest let down for me was the air-conditioning was barely operating and we were there during a heatwave with 38 degree heat.

Cons:

Air-conditioning was barely functioning.
