La ubicación. El desayuno aceptable pero el hotel no se corresponde para nada con un cuatro estrellas. Limpio pero de aspecto y muchos detalles, viejo, que no antiguo. Mil gracias por la ayuda para abrir mi maleta (cogí la llave equivocada)

L'odore in camera era un po forte abbiamo dovuto lasciare le finestre aperte. Ci hanno spiegato che c'era bassa marea, dei profumatori in camera avrebbero aiutato. C'era uno ma vuoto.

Cons:

Struttura vecchia, un solo ascensore, quasi sempre occupato. Stanze piccole, rumori di ogni genere ad ogni ora. La colazione niente di speciale. Non vale il prezzo se non, forse, per la posizione.

Pros:

I had an overall decent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent – a great variety and very tasty, definitely a highlight of the experience.

The rooms were okay, but unfortunately, room 306 was much too hot, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes, which was a downside.

Hygiene was acceptable, but not outstanding – there is definitely some room for improvement.

On a positive note, the staff was very kind and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant.

L’unica cosa positiva della struttura è la posizione, vicino alla stazione e comoda per raggiungere i punti di interesse della città

Cons:

Struttura molto vecchia, stanze poco accoglienti, prezzo decisamente troppo caro per quello che offre, considerando che è un 4 stelle dovrebbe avere dei servizi migliori e una struttura più accogliente

Εύκολη πρόσβαση από τον σταθμό τρένων (Santa Lucia) ή/και την Piazzale Roma. Ευγενικό προσωπικό, αξιόλογο δωμάτιο, τίμιο πρωινό (ζεστό, κρύο). Το ξενοδοχείο, όπως και τα περισσότερα κτίρια στην Βενετία, είναι παλιό με αποτέλεσμα να είναι εμφανείς οι φθορές στο χώρο.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena! El desayuno fue excelente. La amabilidad del personal, siempre muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos. Recomendamos 100%

Cons:

Sugerimos colocar pava eléctrica en las habitaciones. Es algo mínimo ya que a la noche no cuentan con servicio de bar/restaurante y si uno quiere tomarse un té no puede.
