Pros:

Quiet environment that allows me to rest well

Cons:

The floor of the room was flooded with the pouring rain.
Staffs mentioned that they unable to change room for me but they send staffs to clean up the room soon after that.
There are pieces of rubbish under the sink in toilet and below the fridge: wonder if the housekeeping is done properly

Honestly as Ex-Hotelier for Department Houseekeeping Overall is Good.. Just a little bit surprises that this resort has a Gym..

Cons:

I just didn't see any security during Check- in or out.. Which worries me a bit because of the kids.. the second thing is the room key, I thought it would be the key like the ones city hotels use, but it's turned out a traditional villa key that's not very convenient to handle 😄..

Clean and nice toilet and comfy bed for the price. Bfast simple but tastyyyy. Mee goreng and sambal was good
Staff were all friendly and promt when i asked for extra pillow and sejadah
