Poor WiFi in my room. As a self catering room , the kitchen is too small.

Small pool, sunbeds reserved with towels
Fantastic hotel on a quiet beach, sea view rooms, close to bars but quiet at night. Excellent location for the Gap and short walk to the main road for the bus. Staff are so friendly and helpful, nice restaurant on site, good kitchen facilities and bathroom. Two pools to chose from. Not 5 *luxury but we didn't want or need that and it was a good value for money hotel with everything we needed. Room cleaned every day. Highly recommended and will return.
Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel very well situated close to bars and restaurants in St Lawrence Gap. All staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming.
There was a group of visitors (time sharers?) who all knew each other and who apparently visit every year, and stay a month. At the time of our arrival they had been there for 10 days. This group totally monopolised the communal areas. Putting towels on the best placed sunbeds, reserving chairs and tables, reserving other sunbeds on the sun terrace at the same time in the early hours of the morning, preventing them from being used by others even when they weren't using them themselves. We wanted a chilled holiday, not confrontation so let it slide although I had to draw the line when they met for a coffee and loud chat by the pool at 6:30am just outside our room. I feel this situation should be better managed by the hotel and ground rules ensuring consideration for others should be laid down. I am sure repeat business will have been lost because of the situation.

Rooms could be better equipped
There wasn't much to like . The front desk staff was courteous that was about it .
The chaos outside of the hotel in terms of finding a parking space to check in was frustrating .
I requested that there be something special set up in the room as it was a birthday celebration: Nothing was set up .
We went to dinner the night and were literally locked out from getting in to our room through the outer gate. We had to call the front desk to get the access code. What if we were being attacked?
The distance from the room to the pool was a no no , so we didn't go.
The cleaning staff on the morning were way, way too noisy. They spoke to loudly and too much to each other across the balcony . It was truly disturbing.
One lady knocked on the door , we told her we were not ready to check out and someone came again in less than an hr ( we still had plenty of time to check out) .
Not to mention her saying out loudly " that man smell real good yah" , to whomever. That was unprofessional. A compliment yes ,but still very very unprofessional.
The noise from the adjacent hotel ( as we later found out , whilst checking out); woke me up , gave me an instant migrane.
Will I stay at your hotel again or will I recommend it to anyone? The answer is a resounding No

Need more chairs to sit at the pool side tables. Usually groups who rent the garden rooms at the pool first floor take all the chairs. Leaving other tables without chairs.
