Pros:

Struttura semplice e pulita. Parcheggio comodo.
Personale gentile.
Molto comoda la Posizione, a pochi minuti dalla fermata della tranvia comodissima per raggiungere il centro. A poca distanza ristoranti, bar e supermercati.

Cons:

Un po’ di attenzione in più alla
Pulizia delle porte e della cassetina dello scarico. Per il resto tutto ok.

Pros:

Un profumo di pulito in tutta la struttura, non si sentono né voci né rumori.Stanza matrimoniale uso singolo accogliente, colazione dolce/salata ottima.

Cons:

Il bagno però troppo piccolo con il bidet con poco spazio per le gambe.Anche la doccia aveva un malfunzionamento al selettore di mandata piatto /doccetta,per cui mi sono dovuto arrangiare per fare una doccia passabile.Quindi ho fatto tardi per la colazione.Stavolta è andata così, pazienza.

Lo so che devo leggere tutto ma, da una struttura che inizia per "b&b" non mi aspetto la colazione a 7/8 euro non inclusa.
Colpa mia che non ho letto con attenzione, colpa loro che nello specificare, lo hanno inserito tra le righe.

Pros:

Lo staff gentile, comodo il parcheggio e la posizione soddisfacente per un impegno fissato vicino all'albergo.

Cons:

Il box doccia perdeva acqua in modo rilevante tanto che ho dovuto usare più asciugamani per arginarla ed evitare che confluisse in camera. Oltre a ciò anche il diffusore della doccia non distribuiva il getto in maniera uniforme ed abbiamo praticamente dovuto farla appiccicati al rubinetto. Ho fatto presente l'inconveniente allo staff che mi ha proposto il cambio camera ma restando solo una notte ed avendo già fatto la doccia ho preferito restare nella camera assegnata.
Credo che il tema della manutenzione debba assumere più rilevanza nella vostra struttura a maggior ragione se è un pò datata.

Chiodi sporgenti lungo il corridoio al 5 piano.
La mensola sul lavabo del bagno era troppo sporgente e impediva letteralmente di lavarsi il viso. Consiglio di cambiarla o accorciarla.
