Thanks to the staff.It will be appreciated if cleaner vacuum underneath the beds as well.
Pros:

Staff were excellent in dealing with my complaints.

Cons:

Noisy contractors on surrounding sites early in the morning and Noisy guests when checking in and out of the hotel.

Quiet, nice balcony views and good breakfast
Pros:

Location. Breakfast ok. Complementary bottle of wine was nice.

Cons:

Difficult to find lights. Lamp next to bed heavy. Only one was plugged in. Shower was a bit difficult and no toothpaste. Soap awkward to use and no bottled water

Huge room with oth awesome balcony views. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

There were renovations happening at the time and we were not notified prior to our arrival. Lots of noise starting early and a huge part of the hotel closed.

Disappointing dirty hotel.

Dirty, old, dusty, pillows smelt, bathroom had mould in grouting, bed needs replacing, cutlery had fingerprints all over it.
