The service was impeccable, suite really comfortable, location superb.

If you like playing pinball/a bit of a challenge, the car park is for you...

Equally, the car park was daunting at first... inch- accuracy required to avoid scrapes...

There were some minor niggles with the room when we checked in; soon quietly and efficiently sorted.

Over all satisfactory, but a bit pricey.

Cons:

Gym facility .Great location with the openness and sliding doors for fresh air. Equipment needs replacement and more structure. Understanding it only the accommodate the passing traveler, but fitness is a big part of travelers routine.

Convenient, great staff, property is a little tired.
Pros:

Staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for my work. Coffee / Restaurant at the front is very convenient, with a reasonable menu, although staff were a bit short when there was a larger event on in the hotel.

Cons:

Shower flooded the bathroom, and the shower fan was not clean. Desk was too shallow to be practical. It was all just a little tired unfortunately.

Great reno and great rooms but needs a vending machine
Pros:

Walking distance from Roma street, great room, we scored an early check in, was comfy and quiet considering how close it is to the city.

Cons:

With no convenience stores nearby a vending machine or two would be nice to have
