The noise from reconstruction, but I do understand that the hotel is under renovation.
Location, friendly staff and restaurant on location
My TV didn’t work and the air con was quite noisy
Dinner took 2 1/2 hrs to get our main.
Room was large & clean. Beds were comfortable and sheets & pillows were clean. . Balcony was adequate. Shower was spacious and clean.
I asked for a 5-15 am wake up call as I had to go to the hospital....the call never came!! This was the main reason I selected this hotel, to be assured of arriving at the hospital on time....the failure of the front desk to ring me could have resulted in a totally wasted trip to Brisbane! When I complained of the "Missing call" to reception when I checked it it was simply shrugged off as if it were of no reals consequence and I shouldn't really be complaining about such an insignificant matter! I had traveled from Bundaberg for a hospital appointment and because I did not receive my wake up call I could have completely missed my appointment! Not good enough! The 'Rooftop" restaurant was a dismal experience! it took ages for someone to even come over and take your order...and when I got tired of waiting and went to the bar to order I was told, rather nastily, that orders would be taken at the table!! The meal was very ordinary indeed. i would advise anyone staying here t eat at an outside location.
The location was close to the Queen st mall
The parking garage , so hard to manoeuvre in between the pylons
That it is close to the rail station and the taxi service is quick to collect people.
The air-conditioning in the room was noisy
Great location to walk to Suncorp Stadium, Roma St trains etc. Comfy beds. Good size room, with balcony/outdoor space. Parking on site (extra fee).
Parking spaces very tight! Be careful if in a large vehicle.
Lo action and food in restaurant . Rooms very comfortable
The location for our onward travel via Roma Street train station
Main restaurant and bar were being refurbished. Pool bar only open on Friday and Saturday evening. Common areas of hotel felt a little tired.
Disappointed with the value for money didn't really feel like it was worth the money.
Room was comfortable and location was close to where we wanted to go
our room was newly refurbished and we were the first to stay in it. The room was lovely and very well done, bathroom could have done with refurbishment as well, but over all very good.
