Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is 2 hours after sunset. Payment is in local currency at the exchange rate of the day of check-out. Staff were excellent. Willing to help with anything .Position was ideal. Rooms were compact but otherwise had all necessary requirements.

elevator a bit small and old, no extra amenities on premises like food or snacks and nothing in the area was opened late.

The hotel was open, bright and cheerful, with seating both inside and outside, where you could watch happenings on the street. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location is perfect, a stone’s throw from the beach, and around the corner from an amazing cafe with great food and coffee (if you don’t wake up in time for the hotel’s lovely breakfast buffet).

We honestly tried to find something to complain about, but we simply couldn't! Everything was absolutely perfect! 😊
The entire staff is incredibly kind, attentive, welcoming, and professional. From the reception team to the head of housekeeping and every single member of the staff, everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel genuinely welcome and cared for.
The breakfast deserves a special mention – it was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed it so much that we actually asked to meet the chef in person, just to express our appreciation and personally compliment him on his wonderful work. That says it all!
Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a lovely, relaxing atmosphere.
The location is fantastic, with the beach just a one-minute walk away.
What truly makes Prima City Hotel special, however, is its people. It's rare to find a hotel where everything works so seamlessly and where genuine hospitality can be felt in every little detail.
