The hotel wasn't available and you knew it when you booked me. That is cheating. I want a refund.

I booked the Dan Boutique hotel and it was closed for renovations AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. You transferred me to a different Dan hotel that I didn't want. This is Fraud!

הזמנו בדן בוטיק אבל אחרי הזמנה התקשרו אליי והעבירו אותנו לדן פנורמה.

Cons:

חדרים זהים לגמרי למרות שהזמנתי חדר שני יותר מרווח. לא הייתה מיטה שלישית. כשהכניסו מיטה נוספת היה מעט מקום בחדר.

Comfortable but nothing exciting!
Pros:

Clean and comfortable! Near the old Train station with lots of restaurants. Easy to get the bus to go to the center! Our room was on the fifth floor which was newly renovated!

Cons:

The room was very basic although I upgraded it! The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet place but not very near the center! Unfortunately lacking some color and livelihood that we would have liked to see despite the present circumstances!
