Pros:

התארחנו ללילה בסופ״ש במלון דן בוטיק . הצוות היה נחמד מאוד . שידרגו אותנו לחדר חדש ששופץ קרוב למרפסת ללא עלות נוספת . למלון יש חניה גדולה מאוד שזה יתרון בירושלים .
בהחלט ממליצה למי שמעונין במלון עם רמה גבוהה ובעלות מצוינת 🙏

A lovely place to stay in Jerusalem . Great location and easy to walk or get a bus to the old city .

ביקשתי מספר פעמים לקבל חדר בקומה חמש מול הנוף של העיר העתיקה, קיבלתי קומה חמש אך בלי הנוף שביקשתי חזור ובקש.
אין חניה מספיקה והייתי צריך לשלם ממיטב כספי בחניה ליד תחנת הרכבת הישנה, אם אין מספיק מקום חניה במלון, המלון חייב לשריין על חשבונו מקומות חניה נוספים בטווח הקרוב עבור האורחים.
היום שישי בערב לקח לי שעה וחצי למצוא חניה מתאימה, חוויה קשה ביותר ולא אחזור למלון אם לא יספקו לי חניה לרכב!
מצפה גם מבוקינג להתייחס לנושא.
מצפה משני הצדדים לכסות לי לפחות את דמי החניה, את האכזבה והקשיים שעברתי לא ניתן לתקן.
מודגש בכוונה גם פה כי קשה לאהוב משהו אחרי הסבל שעברתי בלמצוא חניה!

Cons:

טעו בהזמנה, והביאו לנו חדר שונה ממה שהזמנו, וחיכינו שעה לחדר אחר, ולא הסכימו לאחר את הצ'ק אאוט.
כמו כן חדר מלוכלך, מתחת למיטות היו שאריות של חטיפים ומלא אבק, כריות עם כתמים, משומשות מאד.

מלון שתענוג להתארח בו. אנשי צוות אדיבים ומקצועיים מהמעלה הראשונה. א.בוקר מעולה. מומלץ ביותר!!

מיקום המלון במרחק הליכה של דקות ספורות מהתחנה הראשונה, וגם קרוב לעיר העתיקה ובריכת הסולטן. אנשי הצוות והאירוח במלון הם ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, מה שהופך את החוויה לחיובית ביותר ומהנה. החדר מסודר, נוח ונקי. חדר האוכל נעים ונקי לעילא וארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטרייה. למי שמגיע בתחב"צ- תחנות אוטובוס למרכז העיר/עיר עתיקה/רכבת וכו' ממש בסמוך למלון. ממליצה מאד ואשוב בשמחה להתארח שם.

קבלת פנים נחמדה ומאירת פנים

המון תקלות
בהגעה לחדר ברז מים במקלחת נוזל
לאחר כל זה הרצפה התמלאה במים ושעות עד שבאו לנקות
2 מיטות של ילדים מתנדנדות רק לאחר כמה וכמה פניות הואילו לבוא לתקן לאחר שנאמר לי ממנהל המקום שזה טופל ואז עליתי לחדר וגיליתי שלא אז החליפו מיטה שהייתה מופרשת ולא מיטה שלמה כמו שצוין בהזמנה

Nice hotel close to the old city
Pros:

Location is walking distance from Zion Gate and Jaffa Gate.
Good sleeping quality.
Reception, Bell Boy, Housekeeping are all very good.
