I didnt like the fact I booked a suite and one of the air conditioners didnt work and when I told staff I was told I could stay in that room or down size rooms and to me it seems like if a customer pays for a suite then you fail to have working ac unit you would atleast offer a different room at same price or upgrade room but definately not give them less then they paid for.
I like that they have a pool and it was open from 10 to 10
It was really hot when you walked in the building like they didn’t have any AC running

Air conditioning in the room was great. Water pressure in shower was good.
Only 3 small pillows on king-size bed. No air conditioning or very little in halls and main part of hotel. Breakfast was lacking -- it offered very little, and no meat. The room charge was very misleading! In addition to the advertised room rate, an extra $6.99 charge was added (apparently for using a debit card to pay for room).
The swimming pool must be cleaned, especially the one for small kids.
Some of equipments must be replaced or fixed.
Price, but you get what you pay for.
Roaches, poor parking, homeless people around, tv didn’t work for two days. Staff were horrible and we couldn’t get more than two towels.

All the extra fees that was added for every day we stayed . After the deposit and cost of room was already paid. This was ridiculous.

I only liked the price.
The room was dirty, mainly the walls. They charged me $70 deposit said I'll get $50 back. They didn't explain where the $20 go. I still haven't received any of my deposit back, the pool was filthy both water and outside. My children and I looked it up and it said there was an imbalance in the water. Juice for breakfast was out because order didn't come in time, I asked for water They didn't even have water to drink. Only one washer and dryer. Phone was disconnected like they didn't want us to use it to call front desk....
