Wingate by Wyndham Oklahoma City Airport

I booked specifically for the hot tub and the jetted bath tub. There was no water in the hot tub, it wasn’t working. And the stopper in the bath tub was broke so the tub did not fill up with water. There were white stains all of the decoration pillows, and walls. My son, mom and I were staying there and it did not feel safe.

Three adult women for a 4 day 3 night stay. The room we had was a double queen bed room. The carpet was wet from the AC. They offered to have maintenance come look at the AC. I insisted on a different room. We were able to move to a different room. However, it had 1 king bed and a couch. There were only 2 towels that had seen way better days. The sign in the bathroom ask to reuse towels to decrease laundry. Towels would be replaced every 3 days😂. That was not going to work for us. The room was NEVER cleaned. Trash was NEVER emptied. Guest were putting their trash out in the hallway! The building needs a major update.

The hot tub was not working and there was two roaches in our room

Upon arrival for check-in on Friday, I went to inspect my rental. When we returned, we discovered there was no hot water. The staff blamed the issue on the city, but I believe a partial refund is warranted given the inconvenience.

Moreover, the showerhead kept falling off, the carpets reeked of unpleasant odors, the bed was equally musty, and the hallway carpets were in dismal condition. Having stayed here around eight times prior, I am disappointed to say that this will be my last stay. And breakfast was terrible.

No hot water, bathroom in lobby was disgusting, roaches in our bathroom and took to long for towels. Kids running in lobby all times of the night.

Did not feel safe, they had all types of crowds running around cussing. The place wasn't very clean. The staff was slow and rude.

The toilet kept running. The morning buffet was blah.

There were roaches in multiple rooms, we were not told until we called the lobby about the fact they had no hot water and hadn’t for at-least 1 day prior and we asked 5 time for a crib and every time they said “okay we’re bringing it up, never. The hot tub was drained, no towels. Only 1 towel in our room

worse experience EVER. the front desk was really friendly my whole stay. very helpful. My room was below average. The sofa bed was stained, my sheets on my king bed were stained. The curtains were stained. The pillows were so lumpy and flat. The AC didn’t even work properly. It was so hot in my room. There was kids running up and down the hall ding-dong-ditching people ALLLLLLL night. not that this was the properties fault, I did contact the front desk about this issue and it was somewhat resolved. The tub didn’t drain well, there was dirt water coming out of the faucet. The sink didn’t drain well. Overall was a horrible experience for 1 night. If you have a higher budget PLEASE DON’T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. ps. the only reason the location has 2 stars is because a Chilis was nearby. 🙃

There was no hot water when we arrived and we still did not have hot water the next morning when we left. (I let the water run 15 min that morning since we were on the third floor, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Imagine not getting to wash your hands in warm water after using the restroom! Showers were out of the question, the water was that cold (March in Oklahoma).
They ran out of many hot breakfast food items because “there are too many people.” Breakfast was supposed to be included, but we got nothing hot.

A large portion of my window on the third floor had been broken and sealed back together. I took pictures. The window is dangerously in strong Oklahoma winds.

No hot water from check in to check out. Our kids shivered so bad. No available clean towels next days because of the heater issue. They wont offer a kettle or anything to heat water. Walls are paper thin, you can literally hear people talking nextdoor and so with their tv. Indoor pool didnt look the same as advertised!!! Cleaner needs hand hygiene and change gloves from garbage disposal to handling and refilling breakfast. They dont check the messages / request prior to booking.

Pool was cold. Coffee was bad. There was bugs in the rooms

When I walked into my room the couch was completely flat and torn up. There were white spots on the curtains and beds skirting. I had to ask for towels multiple times in my stay and nobody came to clean. I did not ask for no cleaning. . I told the front desk multiple times my room phone did not work, and on the second day my clock and the lamp plugged into the same socket were having problems. Nobody came to check and make sure there wasn't an issue. The halls constantly smell like Marijuana even though it clearly says there is no smoking on the premises. Even my room smelled like it by the end of the first day. The air conditioner/heater was filthy and smelled bad when used. The towels are just long rags. The pool was disgusting with floating bits and smelled sour. I didn't see a sauna anywhere or signs that pointed to one. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service during our stay. Other guests were up late into the night playing music and loudly singing and whooping.

We only had one towel in our room. Our remote had no batteries and we called the desk and asked for both and never received them. Also, our truck got vandalized while on the property.
