I hate it
Pros:

I didn’t like nothing about the property the room was dirty the stuff was rude very unprofessional we didn’t have towels in the room the furniture was filthy it was all bad I will not recommend nobody to stay

Very friendly staff - very accommodating in regards of airport shuttle service
Pros:

Close to OKC airport- good rate - great choices for places to eat within walking distance

Cons:

Some areas a bit outdated, hall carpets don’t seem very clean - bath towels were lacking but beds were comfortable

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel!
Cons:

No staff present upon check in time. Waited 30 minutes for the two employees working the front desk to appear. Asked for a receipt upon payment and was told that I could have one when I checked out. No staff was present when I checked out. Price ended up being more than quoted. I won’t even address the condition of this disgusting property and the horrible smell in the room. Not happy! As a lifetime restaurant and hotel professional, I am appalled that Wyndham would put there name on this building.

Disgusting, good thing we were only there for 4 hours. Unsafe if you are traveling alone.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and clean. Every time we went to the office we had to wait quiet a few minutes to be helped or before anyone would arrive. I liked that they offered a shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

It was basically a trap house. A lot of drug users and hookers in the hotel. It was not clean at all, killed a cockroach in the bathroom the first time we used it. Could see droppings on the wall. The pool floor tiles were so dirty and grimy, the walls the doors to open it. Trash all throughout the hotel that was not cleaned or picked up anytime we were there. The floor in the room was damp and gross, the pull out couch was obviously used for other reasons. The cushions were so worn you were basically sitting on the pull out, you could see the pull out bedframe when the couch was put away because the cushions would not cover it.

The mattress was comfortable.

Cons:

Hotel photos on website seemed more updated etc . The hotel itself inside seemed poor shape. .The hotel was hot inside. Seemed like no air conditioning was going at all. The hottub wasn't working. The sleeper sofa was in very poor condition , so bad we didnt even use it or sit on. We left a night early and still did not receive our $100.00 cash deposit we had to pay upon arrival. Which we thought had been already paid. 🙁 ☹️

I graduated with honors from Mid-America Christian University and my hotel stay was mediocre.

The whirlpool, pool and gym.

The fact that my husband received a receipt to my business email address because he is African and I have yet to receive a receipt!
