Cons:

Las instalaciones están viejas y falta mantenimiento. Pedimos habitación adaptada con ducha y nos dieron con bañera porque según ellos hay solo una con ducha y estaba ocupada, a pesar de q había escrito anteriormente solicitándolo. Hay una sola persona en recepción y se demora mucho todo, deberían tener más personal. El desayuno es pobre, sin variedad ni nada de frutas ni opciones sin gluten

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone but the very close restaurants were delicious

That the AC in the room kept the smell of marijuana out of our room and we stayed cool

Cons:

The front reception area was horribly humid. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana. There were no towels in the pool/hot tub area. The breakfast tasted like rubber or burnt and not many options.

The worst hotel so far

The breakfast was horrible, wifi did not work and you can only watch a few channels on the TV. Staff was rude and no help at all and I was killing roaches in my room. NEVER WILL STAY THERE AGAIN

Pros:

Eggs were scary looking. I ate biscuits n gravy

Cons:

Was not secure. Side entry door did not have a lock and card reader on side entry door was broken. Multiple doors were broken or conference room door. Very very run down. They charged a daily amenities fee for use of their pool etc. they sad they do that when 3rd parties book it.

Although the room was adequate, it did not meet my expectations of a Wingate/Wyndom property.
Pros:

The price was good for a last minute need because of a cancelled flight.

Cons:

Although they advertise airport shuttle service, the service asked for a 24 hour notice and although I was given a morning departure, no one seemed to be driving even though the shuttle van was right there. I never saw it move an inch, so eventually took an uber to ensure I could catch my flight. The breakfast was fa below par, with rubbery eggs and no protein like bacon or asusage offered. I am a diebtetic and biscuits and gravy aren't a smart option, nor are waffles. I would have appreciated some type of meat protein. The room was dirty and is somewhat disrepair. The available ironing board was old and in need of replacement. There were not enough towels (they were small and not a good choice for after a shower. The staff wasn't friendly and guests had to place their own chairs in the breakfast area from the tops of the tables.

Hey , how to endure bull that stayed open till ten

Cons:

It was hot in the lobby in the hallways, as if the air conditioner did not work, my toilet did not work, it would not flush, I told the desk attendant, but he did not fix it or give us a new room, the water would drain slowly, but it would not flush and by the next morning, it was full of human feces and was disgusting.
