Don’t waste your money

Had pool towels in the rooms no regular bath towels, no hand towels or wash rags in the room. Had no hot water to shower. As soon as I walked in the motel it reeked of marijuana. Had to call the front desk 3 times due to blaring music in room next to us at 3 am and still didn’t get resolved. Beds was very uncomfortable. Toilet overflowed and my husband fell once in the room due to the strip on bathroom floor was coming up.

DON'T choose Wingate by Wyndham Oklahoma City, OK Airport area

Already filled all this out yesterday
Could and would not ever put my kids or myself in the situation that surrounds this facility ... inside or out. Immediately had issues with my reservations even though I gave them a printed copy of two rooms with a king and sofa sleeper. AND filled out their text for early online check in that my keys will be waiting. At 3:00 (HAD INCLUDED IN MY ONLINE RESERVATION NOTES, we had events to attend all day and into late evening - OSSAA HS WRESTLING TOURNAMENT didn't know exactly what time we'd arrive and I was told we'd be fine. We had a break between our activites, so I went to pick up keys and check the rooms) The frt desk worker said she only seen 1King and sofa room (after giving it to her when I walked up to the desk) and I slid the reservation confirmation paper back to her again. She said she has a double bed available and I ask if she was going to refund the difference in what I paid for the King and sleeper sofa room and she said "no" they are the same cost, which I challenged her answer on and told her again the cost of the two identical King suite rooms is what I paid for and she said "they are not suites! All the sudden she found another room like the reservation showed. As she handed me both room keys, she told me...NO smoking on premises (which is a standard for all Wyndham hotels). After all her delay's it only left me time to check the rooms, but I needed to go to my car first to get a satchel I had planned on leaving in the room. When I went out the frt door pot being smoked was strong and that wasn't there when I went in to get my keys! Then when getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor, I was so disgusted at the reeking of pot halls and our rooms. Then to find a sign in the rooms that state if they find there has been smoking in the rooms our credit card will be charged $150! YET POT SMOKE IS EVERYWHERE!

Cons:

The place reeks of pot inside and out!!!filty sleeper sofa, horrible repairs work, etc. All listed in the previous question.

Room and hotel was good staff was disrespectful
Pros:

The room was good, when I booked it was 120 somthing for 3 days then I showed up at the property I was advised that’s there would be a 40 extra charge on top of the 50 deposit for “services rendered” at the hotel. I went to renew for two more days at the hotel and they told me it would be 220 for the next two days when I said that was BS I was told oh we can go down to 160 and I said that was bs they went down to 100 so I guess there just choosing numbers

I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing. The hotel was dirty and they didn’t even have blankets or extra pillows available for the pull out coach.

Cons:

The floors were dirty in both bathrooms, one bathrooms water didn’t work correctly. There was also dirty towels folded and put in the bathroom as clean towels, they were stained and gross. Both pull out mattresses were stained beyond belief and one smelled of urine.

The only thing that I liked about the property was the beds

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that my daughter‘s clothes got stolen off from the couch downstairs in the lobby and they didn’t even offer to show surveillance on who took them, the bananas down in the breakfast room were old and rotten, we were there for two days and never got fresh towels. The pool area never had towels the whole time. The hot tub was out of order. That was the only reason I rented this hotel honestly, the entire hotel smelt like weed that’s not really something I want all of my children around.

The bananas in the breakfast room were old and rotten. The pool area was dirty and didn’t have any towels. The hot tub was out of order the entire building smelled like weed and that’s not something I want my children around.
