Nice room, but bad customer service. I will not stay her again.

Cons:

The staff was kind of rude. The man at the check in desk didn't speak much at all. He stared at the computer typing for a few minutes then asked for our name. The only time he really spoke was to ask for our name and payment then he slid us the keys. I had to ask what our room number was, then we went to our room. He lied later when I asked for some extra pillows, and said they were completely booked so they had no more pillows. A quick Google search for available rooms confirmed that lie. With even a little customer service it would have been a good stay. The room was nice, but the staff was rude. Maybe we just stayed at a bad time.

Very great 4 days spent here! Highly enjoyed and will return!
Pros:

This is conveniently nestled on top of a hill, in a quiet area, far enough from the busy road (280) yet close to shopping, entertainment, lots of eating and access to the interstate. Back upper floor rooms have a great view of 280 and the mountains in the distance. We specifically had room 410, it was king suite. We have 5 people in our family and had ample space to be comfortable and spread out in the room. I love the kitchenette area since we stayed for 4 nights we had snacks and drinks in the fridge and coolers. The bathroom was large too. I read reviews of how unclean the rooms and hotel were, I have to say we experienced the complete opposite. There were constantly people cleaning everyday. We never asked for house keeping except for some clean towel on the last day to get showers with fresh, dry towels. The “smell” people speak of, I understand what they meant, it was mainly in the halls. But most hotels have these now-a-days. I’d rather smell that than moldy stinky hotels. The pool was a hit with my kids. It was very clean and plenty big to have fun and actually swim. The breakfast was good. Front desk guys were nice and friendly I can’t complain about them either, like some have. The parking lot is well let, I felt very safe here. Laundry isn’t mentioned in their amenities but they do have a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor and it’s $2 per machine. We had to use it since we were here for baseball. They sell some refreshment’s and laundry stuff up front.

Cons:

Only complaint would be that the breakfast was practically the same everyday. Only thing that changed were the eggs would be boiled or scrambled every other day. Other than that you got the same choices. So people who stay multiple days get a little tired of it.

Location? YAY. Value? Meh.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was good sized.

Cons:

I could not connect my phone to the TV to watch my YouTube TV subscription. The app the TV prompted me to download no longer exists.
I did not see housekeeping during my entire stay, even after a visit to the front desk. Only one elevator was working the first two days of my stsy.

Dint want to leave!
Pros:

We had the double queen with the kitchen, when I tell you I didn't expect it to be that big and nice. well, it was clean smelt good actually the whole hotel smelled good and was so clean. I defiantly was surprised. I most defiantly will be going back....
