The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Pool inside. Very quiet.

Cons:

Smelled musty in the room. The bathtub was dripping water and bathtub had maybe what looks like mold around it and when I got in the tv was on a channel already making it feel like someone was in the room.

Great stay but needs better attention to details.
Pros:

I enjoyed the options there was for breakfast. Cereal, pancake maker, breads and spreads, fruit, eggs, turkey, and pork, sausages, French toast, cinnamon rolls.
Our room was clean. Staff were awesome, kind, and helpful.

Cons:

No bedding for pullout couch. Sure we could have called down to the front desk but that shouldn't have to happen, especially at bedtime/past midnight.
The dairy fridge items smelled like spoiled milk. The milk was and tasted bad, the boiled eggs smelled like spoiled milk. They brought a fresh batch out after we asked for more -- those were fine. ALL of the yogurt cups' best by dates were a week ago aka should have been tossed out but instead were put out for our consumption.

I would definitely stay there again if flying out of Richmond Airport
Pros:

It was very convenient to get to the airport. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable.

Cons:

I did have to ask for a coffee maker, but other than that, everything was good

To bad experience
Pros:

I had never felt as discriminated against as I did at that hotel.

Cons:

The woman at the front desk treated me very poorly; she stated that since I booked through Hotels.com, the hotel had the right to assign me whatever room was available upon my arrival, regardless of what I had paid. I had requested a room with two beds, but she kept insisting on giving me a room with only one bed. Although my English isn't perfect, she was very rude to me; I look for a place to rest during my business trips, and I cannot afford to waste time dealing with people like that.

Comfortable night of sleep
Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed and a they did have gluten free/dairy free option for oatmeal breakfast.
The staff allowed me a little later check out. The morning shuttle worked great.

Cons:

Shuttle was not available after midnight. I had booked this hotel specifically because of the airport shuttle- they were not clear that shuttle does not run 24 hours. I wrote multiple times through booking to see if shuttle was available and they did not reply.
