Best hotel in DFW
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. They are always welcoming. They remember my preferences every visit which makes me feel valued. Within walking distance to work, and shuttle to airport.

Disgusting Place!
Pros:

Complete piece of crap hotel. Dirty rooms like a dog had peed all over the carpet and now we have been waiting an hour at the airport for the shuttle to get us!!! Spend $10 more dollars and get a better hotel closer to coppell /grapevine area. Foreign owned and they don’t care at all!

The restaurant is a joke. If you want to spend $16 for a cafeteria hamburger, eat here. If you want a decent meal for a few bucks more, cross the street to the Westin.

Pros:

This hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport + another 15 minutes or so depending on what terminal you are in. It's advertisted as 6 minutes away which is not true. Shuttle Took a long time to get once we landed (40 minutes).
