It was the nicest pet-friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was large and comfortable and there were ample dog walking areas. The breakfast area was roomy and the choices were excellent.
More seating in the room and around the pool. There was only one chair in the room and only one or two places to sit at the pool.
Cleanliness and stuff was amazing.

Not being able to use TV
Ashley, the front desk person, was very helpful and professional when our AC unit would NOT work. She reached out to the maintenance man, and eventually helped me fix the AC unit! She was very apologetic, and sweet - I truly thought she cared and did the best she could to help the situation!!!
I did not appreciate all the Harley Davidson‘s/motorcycles parked in all of the front spots, including all the handicap spots!!! My mother is 89 and uses a WALKER to get around. Since there were no spots available upfront and she is handicapped, I parked in the back by the dumpster, and took up two spots, so I could get her walker out without wrecking into any other vehicle. I’m guessing a VULGAR customer, left a note on my windshield because I took two spots up way in the back, and there was a bush/tree we could NOT access the backseat stuff. I was not happy about the note at all!😡 If I could NOT park upfront in the handicap parking spot for my mom, I wanted to be far away enough to not bother anyone because I took up two spots. I personally do not know how if you are driving a motorcycle, AND can be handicapped… But I’m not to judge…. I did what I thought was the best option I could’ve done, and I still got “HELL” for it! Shame on one of ur CUSTOMERS!!!!

It was okay. Not like other Hilton im used to
I had never stayed at a Spark by Hilton before. I don't think I'll try it again. The price wasn't much different than some other nearby hotels but I tried it because of the relatively high reviews. However the breakfast was the most pared back experience I've had in a hotel that offered inclusive breakfast in any time in recent decades. Carb city, unless you wanted a hard boiled egg. NBC morning news on the TV in the breakfast room. Ate elsewhere which I think is the hotel's intent.
Also, I would add that they held $100 for "incidentals" at checkin. I'm willing to bet that almost no one has ever spent that much for incidentals at this type of hotel.

We stayed 2 days. I had to make my own bed and get towels to shower since they didn't setvice clean my room while we were gone all day.
We were very disappointed
We would not stay here again because we expected the room ro be ready for us wach night.
