Pros:

The staff were all great! Our room was very clean. The beds are good, we slept very well. The whirlpool was very relaxing, and the pool was very brisk! Breakfast was good, but they didn't offer any juices two out of three mornings. The lady who did breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was truly fantastic. She was always humming and greeted everyone. It was located right off of I55 and considering that it was quiet.

Cons:

Upon arrival, there was something suspicious that seemed to be taking place. There were a couple of men who left me feeling apprehensive and cautious. Had my husband not been with me, I would have to question if I would have stayed there. There was a big fella, who was not friendly, that always stood right by the entrance smoking, and it stunk. He could've used a lesson in personal hygiene. I am not sure if he was staying there, working, or if he was a weekly renter.

Loved the room and facility
Pros:

Quiet area away from traffic noise, clean and most staff were very friendly. Morning of check out there was no one at the desk to answer questions for me and she walked past us three times and just shook her head. Very rude.

A nice hotel should keep their pool in tiptop condition.

Room was nice

Cons:

Pool was not good at all. There was algae growing on the sides of both the pool and hot tub. It did not smell right in there probably due to algae growth and lack of proper cleaning. I took my son there specifically for the pool and hot tub. It was a big disappointment.

The room was nice and clean

Cons:

The key didnt work to the pool, when we were given access to the pool the whole area smelled like sewer and mold. The pool and hot tub was rusting and didnt look clean around it. The hot tub smelled like straight up Bleach. The breakfast was soggy and not many options given to us. The waffle got stuck on the pan and ruined the waffle not just mine but I saw it happen to others.
