Pros:

This is a posh property. Very comfortable, clean, great hot breakfast, and service personnel. I put it in the 4 star category. Front desk gave me a quiet 3rd floor room, before i had chance to ask for one. Excellent lady on front desk. Dylan? said it was away from the noise from pool. couldnt have been quieter. Breakfast offerings quality, incl great coffee. Walk in this place and you immediately see why i give it a rare 9. when the breakfast server comes to your table with the bowl of bacon asking if youi want more. . well, you grt the picture!

Also, all furnishings in room and facility are quality. Good sjze room with couch and desk.

Cons:

No little coffee maker in room. Thats ok!

Cons:

It is sad that no military discounts is possible when booked through a third party. The breakfast items are too processed and the lady on duty was unfamiliar with billing procedures. The hotel need updating.

Duct tape on the base trim in room, no towels in the pool area. Pool area bathroom was dirty and the lock to the pool did not work.

Awesome, I really liked everything. They let me park my bobtail at the parking lot with no questions asked. The pool was clean, and the room was clean. I got a king-size bed and was very satisfied. I’d gladly come back

Pros:

The staff made sure that all breakfast items were refilled immediately. There was a good variety. The maid on the 3rd floor was very good.

Cons:

Only two bath towels and one hand towel were in the room. You should have more towels in the bathroom. There was no shower gel other than a tiny tube left on the bathroom sink. It would no have been sufficient for 2 people in the room. It is good that I brought my own with me.

Just a great stay(despite the weather)
Pros:

Stayed on July 4th week end. Staff were just awesome .Check in attendent was great to work with and week end crew at front desk were awesome (thanks to the guy who helped me find a missing hearing aid Friday night. Room was excellent. Wish the bathroom fan had a seperate off/on switch. Had trouble closing microwave oven door. BUT thats no big deal .Breakfast was varied -well stocked -great work by the breakfast crew. We will be back soon

The toilet got stopped up and the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, there was blood on the toilet seat also housekeeping needs to clean under the bed/lift the sheets off the floor, there was trash there
