I had a very nice stay.
Pros:

Hotel was clean. Friendly check in. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

They were renovating the hotel. Parking was closed close to hotel. I felt safe but I like to park close to my room. I would still rate as good.

From the . Staff, Services provided, Amazing Hospitality and overall experience, thumbs up👍👍👍🖐 and fingers too 🖐 every time I come in town though there are other places to go.This is one of the places that I find most comfortable and Most accommodating to my needs.
As far as I'm concerned, if it's not broke. Why try to fix it? I absolutely love. My stays always period let me add anytime that I've had any type of small issue. It's wonderful that they have a shuttle service to and from for my short trips.Couldn't ask for anything better that I have received from them. The staff have been right on top of it and accommodating according to their ability
And for that all fingers up!
While under construction, I've had to switch up my accommodations. But I received no pushback, just kind execution of assistance.

Pros:

Always always, always always satisfied with my stays at this location. I totally recommend if you want good service comma a nice clean space friendly staff and if necessary a shuttle for transport, you wanna upon a your arrival in town

More than likely not to come back!

Breakfast was okay, location was good!

Cons:

Toilet was too way to low, furniture needs to be upgraded! Furniture in the lobby needs to be cleaned, had dirt spots on it!

Pros:

The location was good. We even walked to nearby restaurants for lunch. The hotel's cleanliness and organization overall meet the standard for a good hotel; the main shortcomings were in the details of the individual room.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the walls on our suite were paper thin and we could hear the guests on both sides of us. Importantly, those other guests were NOT doing anything loud or abnormal-- just watching TV and talking at a normal volume, but it felt like we were sharing the same suite. Also, we ordered a roll away bed for my young son at extra cost, which was delivered on time, but with no blanket nor pillow. We had to call the front desk 3x and ultimately went down there around 11pm because it was never delivered to the room. Finally, the complimentary breakfast buffet was bad. I don't have particularly high expectations when it comes to these, but nothing tasted right-- even the self-made waffles had a sour taste suggesting spoilage. On the other hand, at least the buffet was clean and orderly like the rest of the common spaces.
