Did not enjoy our stay, luckily we only stayed one night and it was just to sleep before getting on the road. Check out

no fee to park , check out at 12pm

Cons:

The lobby furniture was filthy. Hotel was under construction which we didn’t know. The elevator floor was covered in drywall debris. The cereal was so stale in the container it tasted as if it had been sitting there for years. Gross. No individual milk , had to pour from a community gallon with strangers . Gross.

Disappointing
Pros:

The shuttle bus to the airport and the man that worked in the kitchen

Cons:

Property was dirty. The garbage cans were full. The gym was disgusting. I know you’re under renovation, but I do think that the elevator should’ve been cleaned for the people that were staying in the garbage is should’ve been emptied in elevators, cleaned, and dusting in the lobby.

The property was run down. The chairs were dirty, towels had holes in them, stains on the wall. I saw rodents in the bathroom. They should be shutting down if anything. When I wanted to check out early the front desk attendant was rude and did not help at all. No one was ever at the front desk I stood there for 15min waiting on her. I checked out on Sunday early and still waiting on the hotel property to contact Booking.com for my refund. DONT STAY HERE!!!

Overall I would stay there again after transition to a Hilton
Pros:

The staff here is excellent Kenny at the front desk. Junius the van driver was very nice and accommodating. Mr Harry is a wonderful asset to the property. Courtney was nice and professional

Cons:

I had to change to 3 different rooms during a short stay. Property is under construction. There was lots of noise up until 600p
The hotel definitely has some plumbing issues going on
