Pros:

Overall great vibe and everyone was really nice, main problem we had was with getting towels. The first night of our stay they took all the towels and had us going to the front counter and having to basically beg for a towel just to be handed a single one. Thank God I didnt have any kids with me

Cons:

The pillows were a bit small in size, but for the time we were there, it was fine. I would consider going to larger pillows.

The location was great. Lot's of stores close by which was very convenient.

Cons:

The chairs in the room could use a good cleaning or replacement. The bathroom door was chipped so that should be addressed.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit in the room was SO squeaky and loud that even my custom made earplugs would not drown out the noise. It was ridiculous…and being NC, way too warm to turn it off.
