We well definitely stay here again when we need a hotel near Albany.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The Fitness Center was clean, and all equipment was in good working order. The staff, especially the waitress we had for breakfast, were friendly and eager to help meet any needs we had.

Cons:

The reception area didn't offer complementary coffee or ice water, as most hotels do, though there was a coffee station in our room once we got there. The breakfast was very expensive.

I booked this because of the bar and the bar was closed aunday and is only open 4 hours a day if that. They should post the hours while booking.

I loved that it was quiet and we felt like the only people there being there for Christmas that was nice

Cons:

The place looks better in pics then in real life. Although “remodeled” it was actually quite run down. The rooms were very dark also with no additional lighting and that was hard for my deaf partner to handle.

Nice, clean hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel. Clean and spacious room. The bar/restaurant is very good especially for the small size of the hotel — although the bartender was inattentive. I’ll stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room could have been cleaner--there was hair on both beds. We did not have enough towels and washcloths. The ones we had were rather worn. Overall, a good stay for one night. Convenient to the airport.

Pros:

Sub standard uncomfortable room. We had late check in with advance notice but staff was very rude. We asked to move room from next to noisy elevator and told hotel was full when it was not.

Pros:

For proximity to the Albany airport it cant be beat. However the first room we were placed in was substandard and i requested a change which was accomadated. The food situation was minimal. Again, very close to the airport so it serves its purpose.
