Extremely disappointing!

Where do I begin, this facility is misrepresented on this app. Nevermind the cosmetic issues outside but the halls and rooms are old and the halls smell awful.
We were given room keys and got to the room and it was not even cleaned. Go back down and we were given a new room , after I was told that were completely booked earlier when I tried reserving another room. Miraculously there was a clean room ready. Beds were like laying in brick. 4 hours in this room was definitely not worth what I paid.

It was well put together even under the circumstances of being remodeled.I absolutely loved the jacuzzi/garden tub.

Cons:

I didn’t care for the establishment next door. The night club should be at another location. Looking out my window and seeing alot of traffic in the back.

I was disappointed.

Cons:

Maid tried to enter my room twice while I was getting ready. The Do Not Disturb placard was hanging on the door knob.
Bathroom door does not close.
Light not working at desk area.
Bed lumpy and uncomfortable.
Could not call front desk from room phone, not working.
Seemed to be an odd odor in the room.

Cons:

There was a horrible smell in our room. Smelled like mildew really baby. Toilet wouldn’t flush handle broke. Sheets not deep pocket so wouldn’t stay on mattress. Very hot in bathroom.
