As expected- serviceable.
Pros:

Did not eat the breakfast.

Cons:

A little quieter would have been nice. The property is next door to a nightclub, so there was lots of outside noise until after 2am.

Our stay was clean and safe with friendly service.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We always felt safe while staying there. The coffee in the lobby was always hot and plentiful. The breakfast was good when they had it.

Cons:

They didn't always have a full breakfast. A few times it was only bagels, muffins, etc. Other times they served eggs, sausage and biscuits. The TVs weren't internet connected so we couldn't watch our streaming services on their TV (we used our own).

It was decent
Pros:

Front desk was accommodating, we had to move rooms 2 times!

Cons:

People were Partying right out side our window, blasting music and smoking pot at 2:30 in the morning, could hear what sounded like street racing in the middle of the night as well
